Nice quiet location, swimming pool looks huge and clean, nice clean rooms, food was ok

Definitely not a 4*, rude staff, needs updating & cleaning surroundings, the place has a potential but definitely lack of good management

Room no. 5 has chipped walls & furniture, faulty appliences, poignant sewer smell in the bathroom. Lack of chairs on the balcony.

The host was really kind to us, we arrived late in the evening and he kept the restaurant open, so that my kids and us would have something warm to eat. That was very thoughtful and appreciated by us. Also, in the morning, one of the keepers gave us coffee for the road, he didn't want us to leave empty handed. I felt that they really cared. We were also offered a better room at a lower price, as the one we had initially reserved was too small for a family of 4.

The place could use a little thorough cleaning.
