Location is amazing! Right in the Medina, close to markets, stores, restaurants, and pretty much anything you need. The breakfast was nice and traditional, lovely to be able to enjoy it downstairs on the comfy couches. The terrace also super cool, loved being able to enjoy fresh air just above your rooms :) Room is spacious and clean, has everything you need for your stay. And last but not least super nice and helpful staff, there for anything you need and maintaining a 24hour business!

Very nice terrace and very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast for those staying longer could be more varied. Close to the tram and train station.

a great little riad in the heart of Rabat Medina. We were treated like family. The staff was very helpful; from carrying our bags, to helping with our laundry, to walking with us to get a taxi, to the smiles and kindness at every interaction.

Very good position inside Rabat's medina, near one of the exits of the old town. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, fairly small structure but colourful and well kept.
The room was maybe a bit tiny for 2 people, but still nice and clean.

Excellent location and very welcoming staff. Tea served on arrival- a nice touch. Tasty breakfast with good coffee. Spacious room with terrace to relax.
Be careful with the steep staircase. Bed mattress was uncomfortable.

The staff here go above and beyond are so friendly, especially Adil, and Amna, they provide a wonderful breakfast and make their guests feel very welcome. We would stay again at this hotel and will be sure to recommend to anyone visiting Rabat.
The location is great tucked away so it's not noisy yet just meters from the centre of everything. If you want a real moroccan stay this is where you need to go.

The location was great. Good breakfast and comfortable bed. Quiet riad at night and the ac unit was working well.
It was nearly impossible to have shower as the shower head was broken and the water was leaking from the pipes below. I think somebody else wrote the same in a previous review, so it would be great if it could be fixed.
There was a cockroach in the bathroom and some tiny ants in the bedroom, but tbh I was expecting this kind of experience so I wasn't shocked about it :) if you are not a fussy person this place can be a great place to stay while visiting Rabat

Staff were very warm, friendly, and helpful. The terrace is nice, and the location is very good.
The room was a bit too dark, and there were some ants found on the bed. The shower floor could also be fixed.

This is a lovely riad in the Kasbah. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The people there are very helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast.
Not really a negative for me but the room I had doesn't have an external window so if you prefer that, better to ask if they have a room with one.

Dar Yanis is in the perfect location in the Rabat Medina, they were very helpful and made us very welcome! Good value and good breakfast.

Well located with a helpful staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good.
The room is advertised as having air conditioning, but did not. Only a fan. It wasn't too hot so the fan was adequate to keep cool at night, but it's not accurate.
The bathroom is quite cramped, but manageable.

Right in the Medina and close to everything. beautiful rooms and courtyard for breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I don’t like when you have to ring each time to get in the front door. it makes me feel guilty like I’m disturbing them. but that is a little thing.
