Lovely staff, very clean room, great breakfast, absolutely great place to stay will definitely be visiting again.

Breakfast was lovely, not too much just enough to start the day. Owner & staff were very friendly & we had a very nice welcome when we arrived

Very helpful , clean,not too far from beach,town centre,harbour.car park good.friendly staff. We had booked a double room for two but was joined by our grandson at very short notice on speaking with Miles he rearranged everything for us, too a lovely room to accommodate the 3 of us..well pleased.

We loved our stay so much, it was incredible, the staff Clare and Sue could not do enough for us, they were amazing and the owner made it clear that if there were any issues (which there were none) he was there to rectify any. Also the standard of cleanliness is beyond excessive in our opinion, We have travelled a lot over the years and we can honestly say this is the best place we have ever stayed!!!!! 'Exceeding the expectations of excellence' should be their motto! We loved this little gem so much we have booked again before we left and we can't wait to try the jacuzzi bath next time. Thank you for making our short stay so fantastic, looking forward to coming again.

Everything was great no complaints from us

Didn't like the incuation that I was some kind of fool for trying the Door without ringing the bell.Ive been to lots of hotels where you just walk in and then try and find someone.

Owner and staff were friendly, cooked breakfast was good. Off street parking available, close to the town/seafront. Room was clean.
