The cabins were fabulous and the bar staff great.

When we reported our broken table we complained about the poor standard of the accommodation and lack of cleanliness. Staff said "well you booked through booking.com" when I said it shouldn't matter who we booked with, it should be clean and habitable she shrugged her shoulders. Also we booked a spa inclusive package so we could swim each morning, only to be told we could only have one session in the spa each. To swim each day would be an extra 120 euros! Building work going on. Only one restaurant open until the weekend. Bungalow leaning so much bedroom door wouldn't shut. Very old and tired with wall coverings coming off, dirty shower and fridge. So unimpressed

Staff not helpful at all. Food options on site very poor. Site smaller than expected or advertised. Not much happening in the local town. No reliable taxi or bus service locally. Not a very friendly atmosphere on site, with little done by staff and management to promote mixing of guests. Overall, very disappointing experience for €4900 for 2 weeks. Will not recommend to friends and will definitely not be back. We would recommend you benchmark your offering against the likes of Cambrils, Sanguli, Castel Montgri, and many, many others on the east coast of Spain. Hope this feedback helps….

Excellation accommodation in bali bungalow, perfect location near pool. On site facilities cater for all our needs and children enjoyed the train ride to the beach. Children enjoyed the water park and dino golf. Special thanks to Fabian and the reception team who assisted us on first night when checking in. Excellent resort would definately recommend for a fun filled family holiday

everything water park was amazing the bungalow were very clean, well maintained and the resort had everything on site, staff were friendly and it was a really good resort. I had Halloween activities on all weekend for my little boy.
