Das Zimmer an sich war modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Die Lage ist eine Katastrophe. Der Parkplatz mit steilem Hang, der Aufzug funktionierte nicht, man musste 5 Etagen durch ein schmales Treppenhaus hoch laufen, dieser war sehr unsauber und roch unangenehm. Von außen macht die Pension einen abschleckenden Eindruck.

The place doesn't look much from the outside but our little apartment was great. Had everything we needed (except for a coffee machine but that wasn't the end of the world) It was very clean and having a TV so the kids could watch netflix on it in the morning to relax before another day of sight seeing was great. The staff was very helpful and helped with where to get a bus and a taxi to San Sebastian. We would definitely stay here again.

Hmm. I gave 7 for the bathroom (which was excellent in every way), and the helpfulness of reception. The place was clean, and if you like a massive flat screen TV as the main visual feature of the room, this will probably do. I'm not a flat screen TV kinda person, so...

For me, the location was at best uninspiring. The room was fairly soulless and airless (Pluto has more atmosphere).

an overrated establishment. It’s rather a dormitory which is at the end of construction! Don’t really count on breakfast.

The apartments look better than the outside. Easy to get a bus to go to the centre. Concept is not for everybody but it is an original setting and idea. However, is half done and it looks empty and quite messy.

The area looks like an abandoned industrial area, a bit scary for my wife and family. The apartment was fine but the cleaning was far from good. you could find fingerprints everywhere, the shower was not great... blinds not working, and covered with cardboard, lifts not working... parking... no comments and the worst, the sound insulation is terrible. There were some people having a drunk argument and 3 am and we could hear every single word. If you are lucky and you do not have any drunks outside, then you might be able to sleep.

Great stopover for a couple of days . Rooms were comfortable and very clean.Bathroom had great water pressure and a fantastic hairdryer. Huge tv’s in both lounge and bedroom. Fab receptionist Amaya , extremely helpful and lovely as were rest of staff. It looks a bit intimidating from the outside but the rooms are of a high standard inside

Stairs a bit too much for me and thin connecting walls meant it was noisy .Could do with reminders up to respect other guests

- The hotel is in a building that was previously a warehouse and is located among other warehouses in the industrial part of Astigarraga. While it is very clean and the rooms are decent, the neighbourhood is ugly and there’s almost no natural light coming in the building. It would be acceptable for 50 euros per night, but not for 100.

They had a large HD tv with access to prime video and Netflix ; a gym as well

For me the air fresheners were too strong

Good location for traveling by car, connection to the city center by bus. 5 min to the bus stop, but mind the timetable! Clean rooms, quiet. The staff was hood and helpful))

Thus is not a minus but mind this is industrial location, nothing around but industrial constructions. There are not many parking places, may well be all occupied. When we arrived, the elevator closest to the entrance was out of order. The second (on the other side of this rather long building) went out of order on the day we left((( For breakfast you will get coffee and juice (very good in fact!) and two toasts with jam or tomato. In case you wand smth else, you will get it in the city only. Besides, fire alarm went on both nights we spent there.

At the first glance the building looks weird (i guess this is an industrial building/area), but only until you get inside. The rest is perfect.
