A beautiful hotel hotel that is a perfect stop for a tour around the Tozeur lake. It offers the quality of every El Mourady hotel I've been at in Tunisia. A great meal buffet and good amenities. Perfect for resting a rider between a braap and the other.

I liked the location of the facilities. They let us to have late check out for 25 eur.

At the reception they always didnt have change so they a bit forced people to give the tips. The breakfast below average. We asked for 2 simple sandwiches and we paied 40 dinars.

Very nice, clean and large pool. Mostly helpful and serviceminded staff. Good cleaning in the hotel room Calm and quiet surroundings. Nice evening and lunch buffet.

The breakfast buffet felt and tasted like discount. They ran out of pastry and baguettes more than once during our stay. The deck chairs by the pool was dirty.

The room was spacious and clean, and we had a view to the swimming pool. Dinner was quite good with plenty of choices. Wi-fi was good.

Breakfast was poor. The worst of all was that the A/C was not good and it was very hot, especially during noon and the afternoon. Furthermore, we asked from the receptionists to organize a tour to the Star Wars settings and they booked a half-day tour with a tourist company with which they cooperate. The tour was disappointing, the vehicle was a very old jeep, the driver would not use the A/C and when we asked for it, after a while he said that it went out of order and closed it. So, we had a very bad time, and also, he took us only to half of the agreed sights. We did not insisted on visiting more, because it was unbearable during this hot weather.

i did not like the service front desk not helpful ,the poor breakfast very few choices and mostly left over items from dinner ,the dirty room not cleaned after one night ,the no air conditionning in hallways and reception room also in my room , the dark hallways at night not safe ,the far away elevator you need a map to find it, the dirty pool deck old bricks the presence of flies in the rooms and reception and restaurant.... i will not recommend this to anyone
