we were in a dependance. The room was very big, meant for disabled persons. the shower had no walls but the water drained well. very good breakfast. Parking just in front of the hotel

the air conditioning was very low. we asked the management but they told us that there was nothing to do. we never opened the shutters in order to keep the room temperature bearable.

Almost anything was on the promised level.

Personnel. Trying to earn euro more in every occasion. They were playing game with two hotels with same name. Even we had booked Flisvos Royal accommodated us in Flisvos.

Cozy hotel near the seaside, super friendly stuff, very clean. Perfect for family vacation.

Sleeping quality. Noisy corridor and fridge make it difficult to sleep deep.

Easy to find , nice parking , the room was very clean and the staff was excellent.

Soundproofing was mediocre , we didnt find any one-use slippers , and the shower didnt have anywhere to put your shampoo etc.

Kind and friendly staff, very clean room, excellent swimming pool and strong Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect!

There wasn't a "do not disturb" sign.

The stuff were great they let us come in early. The breakfast has many choices and was different every day The wifi was slow.

The shower was narrow Instead of a double bed they were two single beds one next to the other There is no beach near you have to walk to it.

Lovely pool with bar and food available. Generous breakfast with lots of options. A lift for moving all those bags! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and spacious. Great location in town and close to beach access. Loved that there was a parking lot! Would love to stay here again and recommend you do too! We found the Tolo beach to be too busy and cramped in high season, so would recommend Karathona Beach. We lived Ippocampus restaurant and Maria's Restaurant for dinner. There's a small market just next to the hotel for snacks and fresh fruit.

The breakfast was very poor the coffee was so bad I had to go out to buy a cup of coffee at a coffee shop. The food was cooked across the road and wheeled across the court yard at 6.30 in the morning uncovered making a terrible noise..

It is definitely not a 4star hotel.. The photos are very deceiving.....
