The fact that The Parkwood is an unusual property which is calm in the midst of a very urban city.

it was beautiful! The grounds have several relaxing seating areas around the gardens. The location was safe and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very responsive and welcoming. in short, we wish we could have stayed longer

The location is well centered and it is quick to travel to the city's / town's attractions, like malls, zoo etc. The venue itself, though it is located inside of a busy area, is quite and peaceful. Gardens, pools and décor is so well maintained and the security is great and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing. The food was good and the bed comfortable.

Very little was out of place. The bathroom dimming lights were slightly difficult to operate and the aircon did not work, most likely due to load shedding and didn't really affect our stay at all. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful property and home. Staff and owners were brilliant

All of the staff are fantastic. There is always someone on hand to offer assistance if required. We couldn’t believe how helpful they were.
