Amazing location, the pools, the host's kindness

Fabulous facilities with an exceptional view! Perfect for relaxing and soaking in the sun. Made use of the pool, hot tub and sun loungers. It was hard not to fall in love with the stunning view! Would highly recommend staying here after a busy weekend in Rome. The location is in walking distance to the town and has a supermarket very close by. However, be prepared for a lot of uphill walking between the town and the 10 minute walk to the accommodation. While walking is very much possible, I would recommend renting a car. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The accommodation is really comfortable and well equipped, perfect for me, my husband and our two small children. The garden and the pool are fantastic, set in the wonderful countryside. The host is really nice and always ready to help.

The location is excellent, with a view across the valley from the pool. There are 2 supermarkets within 800m, even though it's a bit of a slog back up the hill with your shopping. You can also walk to the medieval town of Spoleto: it's about 1200m to the bottom of the escalator that takes you all the way to the top of Spoleto. The pool is excellent, the rooms spacious, the beds comfortable and the manager, Roberto is very friendly and responsive.

The facilities are rather tired and really need renewing. For example, the sunloungers are old, the shower by the pool doesn't work and some of the render is cracked and stained. The BBQ area is very tired, with the facilities old and not really usable. The kitchen is adequately equipped, but would it be possible to provide a proper set of pans? There were three: what seemed to be a 25litre pan, a 12litre and a scratched and bent frying pan. All usable, but a bit difficult to boil an egg. And it's very useful to have an oven, but it's difficult when all the markings on the controls have rubbed off.

Fantastic pool, clean and comfortable apartment. I have really appreciated that basic things like oil, salt, spices, etc... We're already available to use. Great location: out of the city with beautiful views, but very close to spoleto to enjoy restaurants, bars, etc...

The hospitality shown by Roberto was excellent. The scenery was splendid.. The pool and out door hot tub was very good and well maintained.

Some minor maintenance needed around the garden and inside the apartments e.g cracked tiles sticking doors, sun loungers cleaned, some of the bathrooms in the apartments were small and wired hanging from air conditioning system. The road up to it was a tough climb.on a rough road.
