Vriendelijk personeel. Goed geholpen met een parkeerplaats zoeken en het de volgende dag tijdelijk stallen van onze bagage. Prima kamer

We hadden begrepen dat de prijs inclusief ontbijt was.l vanuit booking.com Dit bleek niet het geval

Good location, nice and tidy room, although the room was small it had everything we needed for our stay. Good choice of channels on the tv, the shower was great! We also liked the air con unit.

The mattress on our bed was much too firm and had a dip in it so we didn’t sleep too well unfortunately.

Very cosy clean room, great location and affordable.

It is as it says on the advert but it was small and felt cramped, no windows so if your claustrophobic then you might feel ish but it was fine for the night I stayed.

Hotel was clean and smelt amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant. Rooms are small and compact but very comfortable and modern. First time using a Z Hotel but will definitely be back!

Unfortunately during the evening I became unwell. staff were absolutely excellent, helpful and in every way what proper staff should be like. Including allowing a friend to collect my belongings the next day as I was in hospital. The facilities are great too, friendly from the second I walked in, wasn't the first time I stayed (although didn't quite manage a stay)! Won't be the last..perfect location too

Location, reception staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the price was good

I stayed for 3 nights. After the second night I asked for the room to be cleaned. Someone came but they didn’t touch the bathroom or gave me fresh towels. I think only the bin was emptied

The bed was so comfortable. The shower was the best.

Not a great view out my window, but minor issue.

The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee and shower gel which was brilliant because I forgot mine. Very relaxing. Staff were fantastic.

Would have liked a cooked breakfast option and car parking facilities.

Check in was quite slow. Could do with better coffee in the rooms eg Nespresso. Quite expensive although Bath is expensive. Paid extra for a window - turned out to be completely opaque except for a couple of inches at the top.

parking is not so convenient but then again this is Bath and you need to compromise if you want a central location

Amazing quality for such a central location and low price. All of the staff were terrific, from start to finish. Professional, attentive, friendly and kind. Really impressed by everything about this hotel. The room was great, no window doesn’t matter at all for a short stay. TV was ace, bed comfy, shower top class. No noise from other rooms or the corridor. Reception area was nice and we had a great cup of coffee. Will definitely be back. The staff though are what makes it special, huge shout out to everyone who was working there during our stay. Thank you!
