Chambre un peu sombre.

The staff was very friendly and it was quiet, just what we needed for a weekend staycation. The weather was not that great would have loved to use their pool as it was clean.

Still using keys for doors and security could be an issue, especially at night

The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful from the reception to the cleaners.

The room was very small, smaller than it looked in the pictures. Didn't realize that the shower/bath had dirty water at our arrival until it was time to use it, that was an unpleasant experience. The aircon didn't seem to do the right job, it was very cold. No one came in to clean/tidy up the room throughout our 3 night stay which we found odd. The pool was very small and placed right next to the road, very intimidating to use so we didn't bother

The staff was verg friendly and very helpful. They knew some nice spots in Joburg that we wouldn't have found without them. The place was kept clean and the breakfast was simple but delicious.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the information folder in the room concerning breakfast wasn't up to date.

The staff was very friendly and accommodative, the breakfast was good and their rooms were spacious. With some improvements this place can do better.

The parking is not easy to access and cleaning in rooms could use some improvement.

The bathroom had a door totally exposed to the window of the building next door. No curtain or anything to grant me privacy from the neighbours. The breakfast was very basic, and staff is inexperienced. Had to ask for butter. Had to take salt and pepper from another table ...... inexperience
