This was a modern, spacious, fully equipped apartment, that was in an excellent location near Lend Platz and within easy walking distance to the town center and restaurants. There was free parking on the premises. Staff were responsive and helpful. It was great having a washer and dryer available. Elevator access made it easy to transport luggage.

The bed was a little soft. It was very hot during our stay and we found that the AC did not reach the bedroom, however, the staff were quick to provide a fan and this made a big difference.

Hosts were fabulous, great communications and met us at the door to show us the apartment. The apartment itself was fabulous and easily one of the best we have ever stayed at. All facilities were available and comprised high quality materials and white goods- I cannot fault this apartment, it was a beautiful architecturally designed apartment in a great location

The property is an easy 10 minute walk from the Central Station, or 2 stops on a number 1, 4, 6 or 7 tram and 5 minute walk. It is on the edge of the old town and within walking distance of everything except the Eggenburg Palace. The number 1 tram will get you there. The host provided contact details to coordinate arrival time and was there to meet us . He explained all the features and payment was there by EFTPOS. We stayed on the first floor. It is a modern apartment complex with about 5 units all with a glass wall overlooking a pretty park, with a quiet street in front. If the weather is nice it also has a balcony overlooking the park. All the facilities are modern and the kitchen is well equipped with added touches like salt, pepper, tea coffee, dishwasher tabs and washing detergent. There is even a lift. This was a very pleasant apartment.

Docked a point for no toaster or microwave, but I would happily stay there again.

We liked everything. It was opposite of a beautiful park where our dog enjoyed walking. The apartment is spacious and well equiped. We loved the big window and the floor heating.

No place is perfect but the Park Suites deserve a full 10. Without doubt the best quality apartment we have ever stayed in. We found it exactly as in the photographs. Loved the direct elevator access into the apartment. The Penthouse is massive, modern and immaculate; a huge bathroom (and bath!), plus a guest bathroom; very well fitted out and equipped, on a quiet side street facing a lovely park. Easy park right out front, easy arrival and check in. Enjoyed the local welcome wine in the fridge. Disappointment is not possible! We felt totally at home. Was a terrific calm oasis as a base to explore Graz. A few steps from the Lend Platz markets, where we enjoyed the various little outdoor bars in the evening.
