Location, Parking, Self check-in and check-out

Linen and towels for 4 persons instead of 5. So, I paid for 2 days for 5 persons but 1 day was as for 4 persons.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Close to city center. Very convenient parking in the courtyard! Great communication about arrival and entry.

The whole apartment is comfortable, newly renovated, has a modern design and is generally what I want from a rented apartment. Particularly the shower is very good, and this is usually one of the most important things for me. The bathroom is quite spacy and modern. The beds and especially the pillows are very comfortable, all of us liked them a lot. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and there is a small balcony with enough space for a couple of people to sit. The internet was fast and worked as it should. The location is also good, less than 15 min to walk from the central train station and a short walking distance to the city centre. There is a supermarket and a couple of other shops nearby.

Surprisingly, there is no hot water in the kitchen tap. This was only a minor problem for us. Anyway there is a dishwasher.

Decent small flat in residential area of Graz - supermarkets (Spar) within couple of minute walk and old town about 15th a away. Graz was lovely for a day with old castle and town.

It was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed. The location was convenient and just a short walk from the train station.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished with an excellent location. The neighborhood was ok. All in all a quite nice stay.

The check out was until 11am but at 10am sharp someone unlocked the door and i suppose wanted to clean before our check out time while we were still in the apartment. Also it was said that we can open the parking gate with a key of the apartment, but that was not the case.

Great apartment with all necessary amenities. Matthias was always available via Booking.com messenger to answer all our questions! Very convenient parking in the courtyard!

Mattresses are quite soft.

This apartment is super clean with all necessary stuff what we needed , you get iron and iron stand , all important cutlery, warm water , balcony , and super comfy beds. Location is great and close to Centre.

Newly renovated, very clean apartment, modern and attractive. Great location in easy walking distance to the Altstadt.

Not totally clear with keys and code and how to lock from outside

The apartment is very big and well organized! The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. We liked the fact that we could walk from the apartment to the Schlossberg. The host was very helpful and available for questions and advice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment!

Modern, spacious, and well equipped apartment. We appreciated, that apartment is close to centre enough (10minut walk), but in a quiet place. So you can go downtown, or stay and enjoy the breathtaking view from the roof. Billa market is nearby.
