We loved everything! The layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor area and pool area was excellent. The Murphy bed was very comfortable to sleep on. All the brochures, guides, maps and manuals were extremely helpful. Vacasa was great to work with. The pool guy was very nice. We loved the walk to the beach, and the beach itself. There are a ton of little extras throughout the house. Everything was in great working order. The starter set up was great. My family always wants to try different things each trip, but I want to comeback. The family ALL loved the house, and our trip ended on a positive note.

We had such a great time here. The house was so beautiful and clean. Very large and spacious. My whole family had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the house so much. We had a minor issue with the pool alarm. Vacasa was so easy to deal with. Quick response and amazing communication. I am looking forward to renting here in the future.

This house is really good, lots of space for a large group, but the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub is fantastic. And it's just a short walk to the beach.

This was a great house with plenty of room for 6 of us. We loved the pool oasis! One thing the owners can’t help is the required window alarms. We had one go off during the night because it fell off of the wall and another to go off during the night because the battery was low. That was so annoying. Overall, we had a good experience. Just a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful property and great location - even better than the pictures! Perfect space for five college sorority sisters celebrating our 65th birthdays this year. Open floor plan with lots of windows and plenty of comfortable seating. Outdoor pool was fabulous with plenty of chaise lounges and a covered outdoor seating area. We will definitely book this property again!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spacious for a family of 7 adults. It was in a quiet residential area but close enough to walk or ride bikes to the beach, shops and eating places. The backyard had beautiful landscape around the pool. We would definitely stay again!

This is the best place we have stayed in on Anna Maria Island in our 15 years of visiting. The house, pool, amenities, and location are top-notch. The extras, specifically the bikes are in poor condition, but it wouldn't take much to bring them and any of the other items noted up to par.

What a fantastic house! We have owned condos on Anna Marie for 40 years, but since my niece was getting married and using them for the bridal party we decided to rent a house. We are very familiar with Anna Maria but it was so fun to rent for a change and decide to be at the tip of the island with its easy access to most beautiful beaches and Pine street shops and the fishing piers.... spectacular. I loved the look of the house when I saw it online and it was even better in person. It is classic airy Florida home with beautiful landscaping. The house was immaculate when we arrived and had pretty much anything you would need. There are multiple doors leading out to the pool area. The bedrooms are nicely laid out, we all had privacy. AND there is a "bonus" room which has a fold up Murphy bed and couches that was great when some of us wanted to hang out and watch football etc. while others of us were in the living room area.The decor is classic beach style, not to kitschy. It is a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the beach in one direction and the bay in the other. Anna Maria is one of my favorite places in the world and I recommend it for any age, and this house is delightful. Everything was perfect, but if I want to get picky I would say that there were four bikes in the garage that could have been in better shape but it was no problem we just rented some from Beach Bums. Also- this is a bonus for those with small children- but be aware there are alarms on the doors out to the pool that you simply have to hit the "bypass" button each time you go in or out. Great safety for parents but just letting renters know.

Has always been a pleasure to stay here, but because of the Hurricane Ian we did not go to Florida at all.

Beautiful home pool was great, Would of been nice to have more then 2 beach chairs that worked. I did call about possibly getting a few more at the beginning of the week but we never received a phone call back and they were not replaced during our week stay, Also a wagon for taking belongings to the beach would be a great benefit Overall a very beautiful home and plenty of space. Would love to return next year but not sure if it will be affordable. Thanks

What a way to finish my long years of working. Your place was the icing on the cake! Everything seen in their view was exactly what they showed. The vacation home was beautifully designed with a nice pool, well equipped kitchen, spacious, and very clean. Would I come back? Definitely!! Looking forward for the next trip!

We waited an hour to access the house after our 4pm check in time. They offered us later check out and then day of check out told us that it was not approved for us to stay longer. Our washing machine did not work, they sent someone out to look at it and then they said they would come back and never did. They did send us new towels after requesting. Grill had no gas, we requested and they brought. Shame the grill did not heat beyond 250 degrees. Outdoor space was really nice. House was big and nicely spread out. Trip could have been great but the management company really didn’t pull through on this one. Left with a really sour taste on my mouth which is exactly how it felt when we arrived and had to wait

What a terrific property with tons of space and an awesome pool. Easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Kitchen supplies were plentiful to cook for eat-in. This was essential because island eateries do not handle 10 people very well and are mobbed for the holiday. Wait times 1.5 to 2.5 hours most nights

This was my first time renting this particular property and I was very happy with my decision. The house is located on the North End which is a peaceful and beautiful part of AMI. There was plenty of parking available and more than enough space inside for everyone to spread out. There were a few minor issues when we arrived with a faucet and the front door lock. They were both addressed quickly and repaired with no negative impact on our vacation. The decor in the home is very appealing with lots of light, a large kitchen, updated bathrooms and comfortable furniture. The outdoor area has a great pool and lots of shade. We liked Au Soleil so much I have already rebooked for a week next year!

The sitting area in the room with the Murphy bed particularly gave us room to spread out (and the Murphy bed was comfortable!). There were plenty of beach chairs with a cart to transport them. Plenty of parking. The hot tub and pool were great. We were able to pay a little extra to have the pool set to a higher temperature. We had a great vacation and will definitely consider this house again. Our only complaint is that it was a bit skimpy on bath towels - only one per person. There was a washer and dryer but it seemed like we were always short. We did not ask for additional, Maybe they would have given us more.

The house is big and great for hosting. And the pool and hot tub area is absolutely beautiful!! We reached out to Vacasa about a few issues and they were responsive, kind, and came to our house when a repair was needed. The beach is two blocks away which we easily walked barefoot. Highly recommend this house!!
