Paradise Pointe was great and we would stay here again. The home is nicely appointed and is in a quiet, but convenient, location. We really liked the pool area and found the hot tub/spa very useful. There were manatees hanging out off the back dock frequently, which we really enjoyed. The inside of the home is functional and nicely done. They have a wagon, chairs and umbrella for the beach. We had some small issues (master closet lights didn't work, some of the pool alarm bypass buttons didn't work, Keurig didn't work), but the management company responded quickly. Also, the 10-key code for the front door was a little annoying. These were small issues and won't deter us from staying here again.

My husband and I stayed with my family for our wedding. The property was as listed. It was super clean, close to both piers and restaurants on the north end of the island. We saw manatees off the dock! The only thing is that the keurig was broken but other than that, it was a great stay!

Sunrises and sunsets on Bean Point. Coffee by the pool and on the deck. Manatees in the channel that swim close to the dock create fun conversations and stories. Amenities are great at the house. Appreciated the beach chairs and beach tent. Love the location and the quietness of the neighborhood. Definitely recommend for a family vacation.

The home is perfect for 5! We loved the privacy around the pool and listening to the fish jump in the canal behind the house. the beds were comfortable and kitchen SUPER stocked with everything we needed except food :)

Great property. Some wear and tear as expected for a rental. No general cleaning supplies, that would be nice. We like to leave it cleaner than we found it. No can opener, oddly enough. No first aid kit we could find. Vacasa was responsive via text but never attempted to solve our issues (wrong key codes and trouble with pool alarms (poorly mounted and would fall off),

We enjoyed our 3 weeks at Paradise Pointe. This was the second year staying there.

Out recent trip to Paradise Pointe was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in awhile. Our trip was for our son in college to get a break before finals and for my wife and I to relax with no deadlines to worry about. The property is as advertised within walking distance to the beach. The heated hot tub and pool located in the secluded back patio is the tropical escape we were looking for. Definitely will look to book again if available this March or November. Highly recommended for adults to relax and getaway.

We rented this house for a girls trip (5 ladies all in their 40s). We were very impressed with this house. Really great layout, very well stocked, nice furnishings, the pool/hottub was great! We would put the spa on each morning and it would heat up within about an hour. We absolutely loved our stay and Vacasa was quick to respond with any questions we had! The only thing I would like to note is that the house advertises 2 king beds and 2 twins (unless they changed the description). however, it is actually a king, a queen, and 2 twins.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Had plenty of room for 5 people and everything we needed for they stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was so nice clean and comfy The fact that you can walk to the beach it’s nice also we took our bike and ride them around the island was super nice and relaxing and the shops were so nice Also we fish in the deck Thank you we love the house can’t wait until year to go back

House was excellent and close to Pine Ave restaurants. Pool and spa were great for kids and house was very clean. Only downside was the tides didn’t allow us to get the boat out due to low bridges. Ended up moving it and renting a space at Marina.

The property was so pretty that we booked it for next Spring of 23 ! Very comfortable interior and pretty back yard with a pool . A quiet street .

Great location! Close to pine ave and the bayside beach, pretty easy walk to bean point (under 10 minutes to beach spot). Loved being on the canal. Open floor plan was nice for dinners at home. Lots of great toys in the garage (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, sand castle stuff, fishing rods). Would definitely book a return trip!

This property is absolutely the best. We loved the location as we have stayed in Anna Maria before and prefer the quiet end of town. Short walk to the beach and rod and reel pier. This home was awesome. It was clean and well taken care of for a rental. The pool and spa were awesome and beautiful. Loved sitting out on the dock with our coffee in the morning. Everything was in working order and had no issues at all! This place has everything you would need. Great to have beach chairs and towels included. Would definitely book here again!

This home was beautiful from the kitchen to the pool area to the dock! All minor issues were addressed quickly and better than expected by the wonderful Vacasa staff. We made several dinners on the new grill and the kitchen was very well appointed to assist in our tasty meals! On those days it waffled between rain and sun, we spent time relaxing at the private pool and watching manatees from the dock. The library was awesome with a varied amount of authors and topics. Great selection of videos and games as well. Loved this place so much, we’ve already booked it for next year! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us❤️

Plenty to do to keep young children entertained. The pool was perfect, beach not far away and even watched manatees from the private dock.

Cozy beach cottage with private pool (option to heat), grill, nice linens and towels, open floor plan, very clean and just a few blocks from the nice north end beaches. Came with beach chairs and cart, and there were even fishing poles in the garage. Great spot for our girls weekend! Would also be a nice house for a family getaway.

Was our fourth time staying at Paradise Point Love it here. Close to everything and had such a wonderful time. Rode bikes, ate at our favorite resturants, went to the beach, walked all over and of course I went to the HSN outlet at Largo. Planning to come back in 22.

Paradise Point worked perfect for our group of 8. We love the north end of the island. The house is only a couple blocks from Rod and Reel pier. The back yard is very private and the pool was great! We can’t wait for our next trip to AMI!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Pointe. We loved the house, pool and dock on the canal. We definitely would've have rented it again in 2022, but unfortunately for us, it was already rented. Hopefully, we'll be able to rent it in 2023.

Perfection from the first step in! The house was charming, cozy, enough space for everyone to spread out, well appointed and super private, luscious backyard with a dock, nice sized pool, spa, and outdoor shower. The reality surpassed the online photos and description. In addition, the location is wonderful. It was an easy walk to Bean Point and the Pine Street shops and restaurants are walkable or just a quick ride away. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. This was our first time to stay on this end of the island and we loved it. We will definitely be back!
