Location was amazing! I would definitely pack light as it is on the 4th floor and many stairs. There were a few things that needed more explanation, like how to exit the building. There is a button on the wall. The stand up shower was impossible to figure out but luckily there were two full baths. If bringing a car, parking can be difficult to find on the street during high season. Overall it was a beautiful spot with the ferry right outside your door!

Our family of 8 stayed at the luxury penthouse and loved the view and location. Communication was outstanding with Orazio. I do recommend to bring your own pillows. Overall, wonderful place and incredible view of Lake Como.

This was a slice of perfection in Bellagio. The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful water view. The location is the absolute best, steps from the ferry and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I highly recommend.

The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy Bellagio and take the ferry to other towns on the lake. Check in with Lidi was wonderful. She met us at the ferry, showed the apartment and gave great recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. She responded quickly when we had questions later in the trip. The apartment is very spacious, plenty of room for 5 adults. Wish there was more comfortable seating in the main living room, it had only one sofa. We were out of the apartment enjoying wonderful Lake Como most of time, so it was not a big issue. Would diffently stay there again.

Beautiful views but: Air-conditioning did not cool even after they said they ce to look at it. Shower did not drain even after they said they came and looked at it. A LOT OF STEPS bothering inside and outside. On the positive side, the manager was very helpful finding a doctor for one of our party. Very great location.

The apartment is wonderful - very comfortable and well maintained. Everything is exactly as described and the communication both beforehand and at check-in was excellent. There are 45 steps up, but they are relatively easy (much easier than the cobbled streets of Bellagio!). I can't imagine a better location - wonderful views across the lake and of the park behind from the terraces. Close to the ferry, restaurants and shops.

Enjoyed our stay in Bellagio. Rooms were spacious clean and it’s in a perfect location. There are two flights of steps to building door then three floors up so pack light!

Right in the heart of central Bellagio. Spacious apartment with stunning views of lake from balconies. Parking is very challenging if you have a car, and be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs to apartment. Low ceilings in some sections of apartment so watch your head!

We stayed at this apartment with our two teenagers. We all had plenty of space and the location was ideal. The three terraces offer amazing views of the lake and the park. Sofia and Lydia stayed in touch and made the check in and check out process really easy. I would highly recommend this property to families who want to stay in the heart of Bellagio.

The apartment was great and was easy to get checked in once we made it into Bellagio. The view is incredible and the rooms are great. It is 45 stairs up on the 3rd floor which was a little tiring for my parents who were travelling with us.......but pretty much everything in Bellagio is up some stairs. The only other issue was the dryer. It just didn't have enough power to dry clothes, so we ended up just using a laundrymat in town one time instead. It was quiet, private, and had everything we needed. Lake Como has more than enough to do to keep you busy all day long, so it was great to have a nice place close by to come home to every day.

We absolutely loved this apartment! Just a short walk away from the ferry stop (with luggage for 5 people including our 11 year old and 6 year old daughters), the park just a few minute walk away has a playground for kids and much room for frolicking around the grounds, best wine and tapas bar in Bellagio (as rated by Trip Advisor) just a few steps away, small grocery stores that carry the bare necessities, as well as, breakfast and lunch food just a short walk...right in the heart of Bellagio...and the 3 terraces were just lovely. We would definitely recommend this apartment and the manager was very responsive. The only 2 things I would note is that there was only one dull knife, and no sharpener for it. We really had to fight with slicing the bacon and smashed the bread a bit. The other thing to note is that there is no freezer, so no ice cubes or freezer packs available for packed lunches. Otherwise the laundry facilities worked great and clothes dried quickly on the terraces. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again in thE future!

Our big family from New York was coming to visit our daughter, who is studying abroad in Florence. We flew to Milan from JFK in New York. We first came to Bellagio for a few days. This apartment is the penthouse and has stunning views of Lake Como (it is truly water front). It was impeccably clean and just perfect for our big family. There are 2 traditional bedrooms and bathrooms, and then a large bedroom for all the kids & teenagers, sleeping 4-5. There is also a pull out bed for 2 in the living room area. The restaurant and shop underneath the building made it super convenient for waters, lattes, gelatos and some meals. This is an excellent choice of you are going to the unique village of Bellagio. We took the ferry to Varenna one day and also took a fast boat to Como. It was an incredible experience with breathtaking views that seem like movie sets. Thank you Sophia & Lida.

Lovely large spacious apartment in such a convenient location to Ferries, restaurants and shops. The views from the front balcony are incredible overlooking Lake Como and all the ferries and boats coming and going. There is a beautiful park view from the back patio. So nice to have a washing machine outside the door too. Beds were very comfortable although we didnt use the third bedroom which has 3 single beds. Bathrooms were all very nicely recently re done. One suggestion would be to put a shower curtain on the bath/shower in the master bedroom. It was impossible not to get the floor wet when showering. Also my husband who is 6'5" was too tall to stand under the rainshower head and had to use the shower in the other bathroom. Another suggestion would be to add another couple of comfortable chairs or another couch in the very spacious living area. The apartment accomodates 7 people but only one couch. These are meant to be helpful suggestions and not complaints as we really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were greeted by Lidia when we arrived and she was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Very nice touch to leave us a bottle of wine and some essentials for the morning in the fridge.

Our group of 6 adults stayed in Splendor Sept 6-10. The apartment was clean, furnished, and very comfortable. Views of the lake were beautiful. Location right at the Ferry docks provided great access to Bellagio and the other towns on the lake. We had a driver deliver us from Milan and with his call ahead when we arrived in Bellagio we were met and taken to the apartment. We had to climb about 20 short steps to access the entrance then steps inside the building to the top (3rd) floor. All in all not too difficult. We recommend a stay at this apartment if you want a unique experience on the lake

I was traveling with my 23 year old sons and we had a wonderful time!!! Lidia took great care of us in Sofia's abence. We loved sitting in the balcony mornings and evening enjoying the view. We will be back. Loved the town

Splendor is a luxurious, tastefully decorated, charming apartment with fantastic views! The bathrooms are recently renovated, everything was immaculately clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner even left us a bottle of wine and some local cookies upon arrival -such a welcoming touch! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening with a bottle of wine and some bread and cheese while we watched the boats on the water and enjoyed the sunsets over the mountains. It is very centrally located but yet feels very private. We highly recommend this rental. The property manager Lidia was also a doll! She was available and very helpful for our questions. We would absolutely return to this rental if we are lucky enough to return to Bellagio again!

Perfect for a large family or group of friends. Great location and great views of the lake. Only complaint is the very small shower with no food or curtain in the one bathroom.

A delightful 3 bedroom apartment directly across from the ferry in Bellagio has all the advantages of being in a beautiful location with access to all the towns along the lake (via ferry) plus lots of shopping and restaurants in the town center. Two balconies look out over the water and the apartment is equipped with 2 bathrooms plus a simple kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds are spacious as is the third bedroom with 3 single beds although adults have a bit of trouble with the pitch of the ceiling. This room is better suited to children. Check in and check out were a simple process and our host, Lydia, had lots of local suggestions to enrich our stay.

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment .. We were greeted at the ferry and escorted to the apartment which was a very short walk away. Wine and biscotti awaited our arrival. Our host provided suggestions on where to eat and places to see in Bellagio making us feel very much at home. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and immaculately clean. The location was ideal right on the Bellagio waterfront. Having balconies on the lake with breathtaking views were phenomenal. It was a dream come true staying in this apartment. We highly recommend it. The only caution we would add is that there are quite a few steps to get up to the unit. Well worth the climb and did help to burn off some calories but if stairs are a challenge to you this might not be ideal. Ending on a high note we LOVED staying here and would DEFINITELYreturn!

Location, location, location. Our family of six adults stayed for one-week in this very spacious 3 BDRM apartment that is the penthouse unit of a 3-story apartment building. The apartment is across the street from the ferry and close to all the restaurants and shops. We walked up the three flights of stairs to our unit. It was good exercise to burn off the calories from all the great meals we had in the many restaurants we frequented. The top floor has two terraces that overlook the lake. With Wifi access, it was nice to catch up on work emails while enjoying the view. We really appreciated the welcome juice, cookies, and wine that the owner had waiting for us. The only improvement the owner could make is to provide waste baskets in the restrooms and kitchen and more hangers in the master bedroom. We would gladly stay at this apartment again.

I loved this apartment! It was perfect for our group of 6 women. The stunning views from the multiple balconies were a highlight for us. We closed every evening there relaxing with our wine while enjoying the beautiful views of the lake. The apartment is perfectly located right by the ferry as well as all the charming shops and restaurants that Bellagio has to offer. We were made to feel very welcome by Nadia who took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the apartment. She was a delight to work with and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again next time I come to Bellagio.

This unit has to be one of the best locations in Bellagio. It is right at one of the docks for the ferry boats. Watching them come and go was great fun. The view of the lake is fantastic. We had 3 adult couples and could all sit on the balcony off the kitchen and take in the sights while sipping our wine. We arrived early and they were still cleaning the unit but were good enough to let us leave our luggage while they finished. Air conditioning was good and was welcome as it was hot during our stay. Beds very comfortable and unit very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bellagio.

We loved it, the beds were comfortable, the location is excellent & there is extra room for socializing. Next time we are in Bellagio we are staying here!
