Breakfast was very good and it was nice to get water to drink all the time. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is located at a good place to go to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The umbrellas on the roof deck were most of the time closed. That was the main reason why we did not use it.

Only one lift

Good value but it was the extras that made it even more special eg free refreshments all day and cold drinks in the room fridge, free croissants left for us outside our room on request and more. Staff delightful and helpful. Great roof terrace with views to the beach. Excellent facilities. Location within 5 minutes' walk to a great beach.

We booked a suite. The 'suite' was basically a room with a sofa bed in it, plus bathroom. It was very nice but rather expensive considering it really was just a room. The breakfast was excellent as was the evening snacks and wine. The locations was perfect, easy walk into town and to the beach.

The room was pretty small.

The staff is very friendly, and the hotel tries to meet the needs of every guest. They have a very good Israeli breakfast, and the wait staff bends over backward to fulfill your requests. They have a Happy Hour every evening with champagne, wine and snacks. They have a few parking spots under the building, which saves a lot of money if you're lucky enough to get a spot -- sometimes they're available, sometimes they're not. They also have several bikes you can borrow for free -- again, first come, first serve. They were kind enough to grant us a very long late checkout so we could rest before we had to leave for the airport.

The property is relatively new, and they are still ironing out a few kinks. In our first room, the shower drain flooded, so we had to switch rooms. In the first room, the bed was very comfortable. In the second room, however, the bed was not very comfortable. It was unclear why the mattresses differed, but we didn't ask to move again due to the hassle. Had we asked, the hotel would likely have accommodated us or switched the beds. The hotel does try very hard to please its guests. They were kind enough to grant us a very long late checkout so we could rest before we had to leave for the airport.

The hotel is cozy and informal. The view of the Mediterranean is fantastic. The breakfast buffet and happy hour buffet are very good. The front desk staff are responsive and helpful.

The room was a tad small but fine for a couple. A few tiny spots here and there could stand updates.

this is our second time in this hotel and we will return! great service, perfect location and excellent food. The happy hour and the ongoing wine is exceptional.

Nothing really. There was only one receptionist that was not up to the mark compared with the rest of the team. She was not ride but not motivated/nice
