The room was rundown, bath was filthy with no shower curtain despite requesting for it, airconditioning wasn’t cool with broken temperature switch, sheets overdue for replacement.

King bed is spacious for 3 of us. Nice pool. Got level 7, nice view. Spacious to add some extra bed.

NO WIFI inside room. Cold water, took time to hit up the water. Shower head is broken. Need to ask for towels. Call 2 times for it. No bath mat. Got coffee/tea but no water heater too many calls to do, ending up didn't ask for it. TV not working. Theres 1 socket not working too. RM137 not worth it when theres are some facilities inside room need to ask for it. Hotel with 3star rating is good than this.

The location

No room house keeping need to request daily, no new towels provide need to request daily we really do not like it.

We loved the pool, especially for the kids. Breakfast was also good, but no plain water was available during our time. Free parking space was available. No other hotel offered this kind of price range. Worth for money.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning well. We can hear the sounds from the other room which is really discomfort, especially when the other room was showering during bedtime.

Can't say anything good about this place, I had to checkout due to the poor conditions od the room. the only positive thing is that booking could refund me the night I didn't stay there.

Here I make a list : The bathroom was old and dirty, really dirty. Asked a king size bed, received 2 single beds. No towels and shower mat in the room Rooms not soundproof, woke up whe. The neighbor's alarm rang. Breakfast very poor already at 8.30 in the morning, only eggs were available. Cockroaches everywhere. The power socket didn't work. Absolutely don't go there. If I could put 0 stars I would do it. I've been traveling quite a lot and no doubt, this is the worst place I've been to. Shouldn't even be on booking.com. .
