Location was good. Staff nice , somebody followed up with me when I left a jacket behind and offered to keep it in lost property for a year.

Should be kettle and tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast could have been a little better. Not many choices.

Room was good as we were given one with a balcony when we didn’t expect it. Could’ve been better than 2 single beds pushed together though. Breakfast was really nice but often a little busy for toast and eggs. Location was brilliant, close to beach and marina

A lot of stag doos, which although didn’t cause us any issues, one of the nights they were very loud and woke us up. A bit of a walk for towels, which aren’t very big. Although they were clean and in good condition.

Breakfast was excellent, selection was great. Location was ideal as it’s practically on the beach and a short stroll to the marina.

Bedroom cleaned every day to high standard. Good selection for breakfast. Decor in excellent shape. Staff very friendly.

Had booked Superior rooms x2 for special occasion and got standard room which was the expected standard of a plain clean double room. Food poor. Poor fresh fruit selection for breakfast. Could do much better. Evening dinner tastless and cold food. Microwave in area would help. Staff overall very good.

Missed having a balcony and was very surprised not to have tea/coffee making facilities in a 4* hotel???

Everything was perfect. Amazing Staff, Spotlessly clean room. Food is delicious. The hotel is perfectly located.

We would be tempted to get a balcony room next time.

No iron in the room plus was charged for bottle water in the room

food was ok main dish could be less rubbery as 2other guest shared my view
