Everything was spotless clean, three nice pools, great breakfast. Helpful staff, quiet during night, great bed in bedroom. Located at the beach which is great for long walks.

4-5 courses for dinner is too long, no soup or Moussaka was offered. Suite had a terrace, but only chairs, with no sunbed. Also uncomfortable couch in the living room for sleeping. Wi-Fi was bad, so we had to use Mobile Internet. Some equipment not working in gym facility.

the cleaning staff did an awful job. They did not clean the room and toilet for 7 days. only mopped tiny bits off the floor. never refilled paper and we had to ask several times. they did not clean the room before 3 pm. and when they knocked on our door they refused to wait 5 minutes. - the hotel says it has room service, that was not true. they told us they only served disabled persons. the reception desk could not Even bring stuff to our room. - the drinks in the bar was not good. tried several drinks and they really need training in how to make easy signature cocktails. in both bars. When I Asked the breakfast staff to refill champagne glasses for mimosa at the bufe they told me they Are to busy…. We ended up not getting any mimosa.

Beds were very comfortable. Room deluxe with pool view very modern and well designed. Balcony overlooking pool in new part of hotel over the road. Waiters were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet very good wide range of food. Fruit, cereal, cold deli hams cheese salad etc. Omelettes made to order, pancakes scrambled egg and usual fried bacon. Set menu in evening very good well cooked and taken outside with sea view. Lovely strawberry daiquiri made by George and lots of other cocktails too. Enjoyed beach 5euro one chair got fruit, bottled water and wet towels to refresh yourself. Waiter service on beach excellent . Good local buses outside hotel very cheap 1.6 euro into chania. Lots of places to eat very near by. Lovely pools and sun loungers with thick quality cushions.

Just lacked a little atmosphere but could have been because mid September and lots of people took evening meal out not HB.

Luxurious hotel with ample facilities. Very friendly staff. Close to everything you need e.g. local bus, restaurants, beach, shops. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of options to choose from. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was good with variety to suit all needs. Old part needs a little tlc. Could have proper cups in rooms and bottles of water in rooms daily esp for a 4*. They have their own stretch of beach and advertise as so therefore beach beds should be provided free. There was a daily charge for these!!

As above plus food menu could do with a revamp.

perhaps consider not going half board/all inclusive if you’re a fussy eater as it is a relatively confined choice, but the quality of the food is second to none

Great location, just by the beach. Had restaurants, bus stop and supermarkets nearby. The rooms were made up regularly and the pool was well maintained.

The hotel has a very picturesque location. There is a large choice of breakfasts, something for everyone, you can also try Greek specialties. Nice staff, friendly atmosphere. Quiet and peaceful, you can have a great rest. An awesome place for a holiday!

The receptionists sometimes seemed not to be fully aware what we asked about, and you had to make sure they understood the request. The cleaning service sometimes failed - the cleaning was superficial, and you had to ask at the reception to refill the hygiene products.

The service is deplorable. Staff lies to your face. They are a group of vicious bullies who don’t care one bit if your vacation is ruined or if you have a negative experience. They are nothing but evil. I hope their karma comes right back to them tenfold.
