No air conditioning, short supply of toilet paper, no Kleenex

We were finally accommodated to a building nearby.

We had major issue with our stay. We informed the hotel, that we would like to check in at 21:00, but then at 18:10 I got an email, that it was declined. I tried calling twice, but only reached the answering machine. When we arrived at 20:50, there was a very nervous german-speaking man at site, who explained that there are no available rooms anymore. For me it just does not fit: I pay for for 3 rooms and inform that I will arrive at 21:00 and the hotel will just take my money and give the rooms to someone else. Amazing! We were finally accommodated to an old building nearby, but the comfort level was quite bad there (definitely not worth the hotel money - we didn't even have a key to the room). Tried contacting the hotel via booking and via email too to match the price with the services we received, but no answer (it's been over a month now). Hugely dissapointed!

Good location, close to station. The room is spacious, quiet and well facilized. Elegant lift to 1F for your luggage. Free to keep the luggage there for at least half day. In general, comfortable to have a rest. most of the demand can be met

- Maybe it is not the busy season, when we arrive the entrance, no one was serving at the reception. Lights are off. We need to call the boss to come for check-in, but it only take 10min waiting. - Only cash and German speaking, like many other German places - facilities are a bit old, such as sockets, lights in toilet, shower and tub

No Credit Cards accepted in Hotel, after long discussion debit cards were accepted. Rooms are average at best, a bit old, a bit outdated, but ok. Hotel bill was higher than booking price, no explanation on bill, basically just two numbers... Restaurant: cause it was late the owner offered a small dish (a warm starter) and beer, didnt get to see menu to check prices. big mistake: the bill (which was written and counted by hand) came to more than 60€ (4 starters, 4 beers, big city prices for below average village restaurant). Its tourist trap practice in a tiny village...didnt expect that.
