The food on the breakfast was horrible! The apples were old and the milk jug were dirty from the outside. I couldn't stand looking at it!. The reakfast was just apples, croissant and okd cheese and ham. Not recommended at all. The room was dirty, hair was everywhere. To my surprise, the hotel does not offer room service.

The studios were small but had all the facilities we needed in a compact space. Reasonably comfortable and clean. Easy walking distance to the metro and shops.

The kitchen was a very narrow galley and difficult to use even for a simple breakfast. The shower cubicle was uncomfortably small. But the worse thing about these studios was the level of noise from the nightclub directly opposite. The club got busy around midnight and went on though until 6am. In addition the nightly refuse collection at around 3 or 4am was incredibly loud. Add to this the construction work happening on another building opposite and it was a far from restful stay.

The location of the property is great. You can walk everywhere and explore the city center.

The bathroom with the metal sink gave a feeling of a train sink. Not the best feeling. You must have internet in order to gain access to the property as u require a code and it would be great if they would grant easier access to an waiting room while doing this instead of staying on the street with luggage and trying to connect.

Location is the best!! Center of everything. Nice place and staff very nice and helpful to solve problems.

Nobody stand by for you like a desk reception. The system is not sure. I change the password for active the room 2 or 3 times cuz it's doesn't work. They fix it many times. That's make me concern and not sure the hotel system. And when you check in. You must to make sure that's a time 3 Pm. you can't go in until 3 pm. The Hotel sent you a room number after 3 pm. I have to wait out side 2 hr. with my big luggage! First i think i can wait in Lobby but can not , the door not open!

If you’re not used to have everything handled by an app, it’s better if you get a more common hotel. Sometimes the app was buggy and we couldn’t enter the hotel.

We ordered 2 apartments but it was different by size but same cost. Moreover, one of them was with most equipment and the other not

no reception - keyless entry - which is ok if give you a code before you arrive- however this place did not and the online check in did not work well because the second question was nationality- but the nationality had to be right to answer the first question. all in all very arduous and frustrating. would not recommend.

The property is well located in centre of Madrid - property was clean and as it was self managed, hence it was great.

We were given the room on the 4th floor, which I understand seemed like a roof conversion, hence half the roof ceiling as tilted and due to this reason it difficult to stand in otherside of the room as our head hit the roof

There was a prostitute next door letting different people in all night. Really loud Told hotel staff and they did nothing. Wouldn't even offer to swap our room. Had no sleep.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is in an area that has many restaurants and a 15min walk down to the Central tourist area. The included breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again.Very impressed, a 3 star hotel that hits a much higher mark.

No service at all. No card, you always have to remember a code. There is no cleanliness of the room. Towels are not changed, they charge another $20 for the cleaning service. Not recommended at all. Paid 1250€ and there is a big disappointment

Automated check-in process worked well. Got my access code early and getting into the room was very easy as well as the checking out process. Loved the location and the kitchen was equipped well enough for preparing light meals. The bed was really comfortable too.

Not their but my mistake; I always seem to buy the wrong size coffee capsules. The smaller ones are the right choice here. To make life easier one can pre-order a few ready for the room I found out later

The location is very central, easy to walk to most popular places, and well connected by Metro. The building is old on the outside but the interior design is modern with natural light in the common areas. The room was a comfortable size with a modern TV and AC.

Unfortunately, it was little things that ruined an otherwise pleasant stay. The kitchenette was sufficiently equipped but it lacked some basics like kitchen rolls and dishcloths. The bed sheets and pillow covers were clean but the pillows themselves were stained and smelt like they need washing or replacing. The WIFI Internet connection had issues for more than 24 hours. We paid for luggage storage and were told that a staff member will be in the lobby between 1100-1130, but nobody showed up before 1120.
