The property was really close to the beach and the town. Also, you can park and there are plenty of spaces. The pool and restaurant were awesome and the breakfast incredible.

The wifi was really slow in the second floor.

Room was good, but that was about it.

Hotel poorly maintained. All dirty and old. Swimming pool super dirty. Outdoor tables as well.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Spacious, immaculate clean room with a bathroom with bathtub. Quietly located on the edge of the centre, still all within walking distance.

Wifi sometimes didn't work that well, but no big deal.

Wonderful experience at Hotel Garbi. Pleasant and helpful reception. Nice view from the terrace. Comfortable, supportive mattress. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Fantastic spread for breakfast. Lots of peace and quiet at this hotel.

The wifi didn't reach our room. Reception didn't have an ethernet cable to use a different router and offered to move us to another room. Shampoo / shower gel watered down in the shower. These are minor points, as we had an absolutely lovely stay!

Buffet breakfast very good. Something for every taste, including catalan style breakfast.

Mineral water was provided in the bedrooms, it would have been nice to keep it in a mini fridge. I would have liked a kettle in the room.

Good size room, fantastic breakfast, lovely staff. Pool and gardens nice and not far to walk to little town.

Really only downside was if you couldn't manage steps as tiered gardens and steps down to town. But perfectly manageable for able.

Beds too hard , given adjoining room ,after requesting a double bed , got two singles, restaurant shut / mid October !. Heating controls complicated.

large double room with lovely balcony having really good views out over palafrugell to the sea beyond , room was very quiet, big ensuite , good wifi , fridge (well stocked if thats your thing) 2 bottles of water , very gratefully received , nice size pool in lovely grounds of pine trees

unlike many hotels in october there was no flexibility in early arrival time ,the hot water was abundant in the morning but my mid/late afternoon was luke warm , i applaud the green philosophy , but its a hotel ??

Comfortable large room with sea view and balcony. Nice pool area. Excellent breakfast.

Liked it all but troubles with hot water were rather annoying. Restaurant could do with vegetarian options

Would have liked a kettle in the room with coffee/ tea making possibilities . The bath was a jacuzzi which didn’t work and was very uncomfortable to sit in. There was a problem at the meal, a marked dessert was not available.

The room was nice. The pool area was nice. The outdoor seating areas were nice. Breakfast had a big selection. The location is good. I slept very well in the bed and liked the pillows. The AC is great.

The room was missing a fridge. Apart from the rooms, the hotel is dated and needs to be updated a little. It needs new sun loungers around the pool as they're quite old and dirty. The jacuzzi is full of leaves from the trees above (staff should be using a net to remove this regularly). It's not ideal having to walk through the restaurant every time you want to go to the pool or leave the hotel. The smell from the restaurant is not good.
