Соотношение цена-качество. Старинная сантехника,очень слабый напор воды. Есть ванна,которую теоретически можно принять,а как там дальше мыться не понятно,душевой лейки нет. Косметические принадлежности это шампунь и гель для душа ( в отеле 5 звезд!!!!) уборка приходила не понятно как. Иногда звонили,просили принести хотя бы воду,ее могли нести пару часов!

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for: a resort like facilities that we could walk in the beach a few meters from the room. We got a free upgrade which was a nice gesture. The room and hotel in general has beautiful modern design and renewed. Bed was huge and confortable and bathroom had everything we needed. We even had a balcony where we could dry our swimsuits. Breakfast was great with many options. You can even ask for cooking omelets with ingredients of your choice. Staff is very nice and helpful. The beach also was what we wanted, good and not crowded. Bang Tao is a great option for those seeking a getaway from confusion and crowds. Lots of bars and restaurants on the beach, but also on the man road on the back of the hotel. Very pleasant to dine at the beach, walk along and fine bars to have drinks, and if night is good, swim in the sea at night. All possible cause you are just a few meters from the room. We rented a scooter and saw several beaches, and we conclude that we made the best and right choice. Patong is just 30min distance and doable in a motorcycle at night as most of path has illumination. The hotel had a small surveillanced parking which allowed us to safely park our motorcycle. If you like to explore surroundings, rent one. Cheap options nearby. ADVICE: Be careful cause if you not experience driver, roads have sand and can get tricky. You need to have international license or Patong Police will get you and you'll pay a 35$ fine. Rentals don't care if you have license. All in all, this was incredibly stay and we wish we had stayed more days. I don't understand the low ratings of this hotel, might have been from the old premises before renewal. I bet it will recover now, cause the place is well worth it. Because of that, we were lucky to get it all renewed, not crowded and great value for money.

The sitting at breakfast should be free choice. We didn't like the location of the table they gave us on the first day. We asked to change and they said it was not possible. This is an easy thing to change. Just let guests choose their tables and have a member of the staff controlling the tables that get available so they get prepared right away. Prices of the beach bar makes people go to other options right next to the hotel. We could've dined there, but we had many other affordable and good options nearby, so we didn't went. Shame, cause the Bar is beautiful. There was still a bit of construction going on but nothing to worry about. We had no disturbing noise at night or in the morning.

То что отель новый: новая сантехника, мебель и ремонт. Настолько новый , что мне кажется не везде еще отмыли его от строительной пыли.

Отель в прошлом был уровня 4- или 3+ , а сейчас позиционирует себя на 5 звездочный. Но, к сожалению, сервис, еда, персонал, пляж ( очень маленькая пляжная линия и узкая)- с жезлонгами стоящими друг на друге( а в самый НГ пик из просто не хватало(() и старыми полотенцами. Да и на понятие ‘лояльность гостей’ - они о таком там не слышали!

Наверное только завтрак тут понравился, ну и активитиз для маленькой дочки много) она была довольна

Конечно мы считаем себя обманутыми, за USD300 в день мы выбирали отель 5 звезд, много где были и понимаем в чем разница. Amora - это обычная тройка, номера вообще сделаны из самых дешевых материалов, мебель просто покрашены кисточкой. Санузел из самой дешевской плитки со старой сантехникой. Матрас дешевый и жесткий. Очень похоже что это был старый отель и его как бы освежили и продают как пятерку. Лифтов нет. Стукнулся головой на лестнице о бетонное перекрытие, оно все исцарапано, видимо все так. Шезлонги на пляже стоят дороже чем в Европе. Цены в баре и ресторане дикие, совершенно не стоят столько. Рейтинг был накручен к сезону. Ну и кроме русских тут никого не было, как в пансионате.

Great location and value for money. A lot of building work however that’s why it’s cheap! would love to see it when it’s all finished.

Some teething problems with shower drainage. no new beach towels provided. there’s a lot of construction going on but they did forewarn us and reduced the price. they have a makeshift dining area, but that was ok

Hotel under construction (December 2022) so drilling, angle grinding and hammering all day. Screaming kids running up and down in the hallways at all hours. Breakfast was poor with little selection.

What a stay!! It was my birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it super special for me! The location is fantastic! Right on the beach. The resort itself had everything we needed. Massive beautiful pool. There is construction at the moment but honestly it didn’t affect our stay one bit and we didn’t hear it. Would 100% stay again and recommend!

Beds are a bit on the harder side but that’s a personal preference. Everything else was great!!

Construction is everywhere at the hotel!!!! starting from early morning till late evening it’s terrible, noisy, lots of workers, huge cars, dirt everywhere. it’s unsafe to get back from the beach in the evening because it’s all dark and all way dirty. once I fell down there and had to get back through neighbouring SunWing hotel where you are not really welcome. Management at Amora just does not care and react to complaints. there is no wifi in the room, so I was told to make private business calls from the lobby. the breakfast is quite poor, the pool quite bad. do not stay at this hotel as it will ruin your vacation!! the hotel in such a condition should not be open and it’s a shame for booking.com to promote it!! construction works will last there several more months for sure - stay away from Amora!!!

where do I start …… 1) 90% of the property was under full on construction and this went on into the night, piles of rubble everywhere, dangerous works (welding) going on over walkways to the rooms 2) there was no restaurant or bar service 3) room service closed at 8pm, on the first night I arrived at 9pm and tried to order room service, only to be told that it was closed but it was ok because there was a 7-11 just a short walk down the road !
