Rooms were spacious for our family. Owner was extremely nice and helpful. Some of the best customer service in Israel

The location is walking distance to everything you can possibly need or want...beach, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, bus transportation. Customer service is amazing!! They are very attentive and genuinely nice and ready to help you with accomodations, directions, suggestions with tours. My 77yr old aunt and 17yr old daughter were super happy as well with our stay here. I'm so glad we chose Sea Land Suites. I'm looking forward to coming back soon. I might even extend my stay. I cannot thank you enough Shlomi and Irene!

It’s a nice apartment, in excellent location, close to the most popular beaches of Tel Aviv! A grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Safe area. Inside was clean and fine.
The only thing, which dragged down the score - is the clearness of the terrace. It was quite dusty with bird feathers ect. The grass is plactic, so it needs extra maintance as well. Would be a whole 9-10 if not this.

The apartments are located two streets back from the beach and within walking distance of a number of car rental companies.

Customer Service is excellent! The amenities are good enough for spending some days in Tel Aviv. The beaches are just in 5 min walking.

The hotel is amazingly located with nice cafes, supermarkets etc within 2-3 min walk
The beach is also close by as well as bus stops - so it’s very convenient to get around.
I was very impressed by how Shlomi and Irene take care of the guests and are always there for you - overall the staff is very friendly and helpful, so you feel like home.
The rooms are spotless clean and some of them even have capsule coffee machines.
Cannot recommend it more!

Excellent location, the most friendly hostess , the room was just as it was advertised, easy getting around the town, few minutes walk to the most amazing beaches.
5Am in the morning the dustbin man woke us up.!😃

The location is excellent, the customer service was great, the room was comfortable, clean and completely sufficient for what we were looking for.
The toilet room could've used a fan/ventilation of some sorts. There really was nothing wrong with the place. That was me just trying to find something wrong with it.

Has a basement youth hostel feel, but once you are in the room, it feels like a nice hotel room. Nice amenities, coffee, tea, toiletries, all very nice. Excellent location, close to everything.
The cleaning lady was on her phone right outside the door, so I wouldn't say it was quiet. Pretty pricy for what we got, but, it is Tel Aviv, I guess this is hotels on the cheaper end.

The location is amazing, the staff is very responsive and willing to help. Our room was clean and we are more than pleased of our stay at Sea Land Suites. Definitely will come back one day.

a little bit cold in the room even with conditioner, also you can hear everything in the corridor, bad room soundproofing, The terraces (at the 1st floor) are not private and are separated only by bushes, so you and your neighbors can see and hear each other

The central location of the apartments is very good
The appartments are basements. The one we stayed in (6) was quite noisy and moist. Nevertheless, if you need a good priced place just to spend the night in a central location it’s good value for money

Location was great, neat and very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. No complaints at all. Staff great and very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Basement so safe
Booking.com should not make the rate look like a discount as this place would not ever be worth £350 a night - we paid £160 - the people are great - the room is in a basement so safe but the aircon shon a blue light in my eyes all night - needed blutack to cover it up - when other half moved in bed the whole bed moved

Good location but that’s about it!
Room was very dated, not very clean and smelt of damp / mould. The photos were all taken when this place was new. We were woken up every night at around 1.30am by three young men changing the linen. Two nights we got up to speak to them and ask them to be quiet but they just laughed at us.

The location - very central and close to the sea. there are a lot of groceries, pharmacies, restaurants and even Pilates on Ben Yehuda st., where the hotel is located.
The property itself is quite large for Tel-Aviv with a small private terrace and well-equipped kitchen.

As the property based on a basement floor there are a lot of mosquitoes.
The property looks older than on photos - as almost all property in Tel-Aviv in this price category
