The staff are professional and smiling (receptionists, security, restaurant and housekeeping). An old hotel that has been well renovated. The room is spacious and well equipped. A water dispenser in the corridor and a kettle in the room. We stayed in room 509, which has a view of Kamagong Street. There is no double glazing, so you can hear the traffic, which didn't bother us personally. You can open the windows to ventilate. Very good wifi connection. The shower is mild and the aloe vera shampoo smells lovely. There's a terrace, a mini gym and a rooftop pool, which is nice. The ₱350 Filipino-American breakfast is good and very copious. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to fast food & Shopwise, a 15-minute walk to Ayala Mall, and a 35-minute walk to Ayala Museum and its shopping malls (Greenbelt, Glorietta & SM Makati). The journey can be made by Grab Taxi for a minimum of ₱150.

The air conditioning system is old and therefore noisy. We turned it off to sleep. We had a smell of cigarettes in our bathroom 2 affiliated nights. It seems that our ventilation communicates with that of another room... One of the pool steps is slippery, be careful.

Voor alleen een kort verblijf prima. Wat afgelegen in de stad, wel dicht bij het vliegveld.

Als je het alleen gebruikt voor een of twee overnachtingen dan acceptabel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, very good service. Pool and view were great especially for our 5yo son. We could watch the new year fireworks there. Room was okay, nothing special but location quite good!

Rooms are basic and okay clean, breakfast was not our thing (we’re vegetarian), we only went there once and they had almost nothing left to offer (it was quite late already but still within the breakfast hours)

前台服務熱情，接待有效率快速。位置在Matika鬧區的邊緣，所以打Grab到鬧區如Greenbelt約2.5公里左右，算蠻近的；附近走路約500米有肯德基、當地炸雞店、Pizza連鎖店Shakey's可以吃飯，也有market市場可以買土產。

早餐雖然是6點到10點，但我們9點上去頂樓時，麵包沒了、水果沒了、什都沒了，只有快見底的咖啡及米粉，有點落差。另外住的房間熱水不夠(接近冷溫水)，電話前台找師父來看，也很及時，約10-15分鐘就到房間(晚上23點)，不過換了熱水器電池後，測試一下，師傅告知水溫也就如此，請見諒包容這類話，會冷耶。雖然是Matika區，但屬於未重劃地區，晚上舊街道沒有人，走路其實有點危險。房費加上來回到shopping mall的車費，我寧願直接住在mall旁的飯店。

I thought the facilities were great such as the the pool and the exercise room. The breakfast was good as well.

My only complaint is that the TV is a bit small considering how nice the room and everything else is, but this is a minor thjng

Clean nice basic rooms close 15 min to the airport. Beds are comfy. Staff is nice. Close to hotel you have some shops, pharmacy and fast food restaurants.

Breakfast wasnt good. You need to pay deposit on check in.

Great staff, they are really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and confortable with AC, hot shower and coffee/tea.

The WiFi is really really bad. The terrace has a nice view but is really not cosy.

- Was slightly far out from central Makati / the subway however very cheap to get around using the Grab taxi app

We really enjoyed staying at Privato Makati. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly. They even gave us a complimentary 1hr extension so we can have our lunch there. Facilities are superb. Rooms are very spacious for families and couples. We will definitely come back and stay at Privato again. More power! God bless.
