Sugestão apenas para a possibilidade de colocar à disposição dos hospedes, vassoura e pá. Embora o apartamento estivesse impecavelmente limpo à chegada, o facto de fazermos algumas refeições no interior e de viajarmos com crianças revelou essa necessidade.

Close to metro, quieter part, great restaurants, roof top bar close, breakie places too.

The sofa bed was way too hard, but upon request for a topper, that made a difference, but only recommended for a shorter person.

Todo bien, por sugerencia pondría dos tipos de almohadas ya que la.que están son comodadas pero por ejemplo para mi eran muy grandes y gruesa y otro cambio de tohallas por si surge algún contratiempo, de resto todo perfecto.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Great location, you can easily access the main attractions. Even though we didn't meet the host, communication was great.

It's not such a problem, but we could use some more hooks for the towels, considering we were four people. Also, the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it was ok for 3 nights.

First night we were locked into the apartment. My friend stayed only one night, we wanted to depart to the airport in the morning at 6 am and the door was not possible to open from inside because of an electronic lock did not work anymore. We were locked at least for an hour. There was no possibly to open the door with key inside! We called the owner in the very morning, no-one answered, called emergency, police, booking.com as well. No-one helped. At last shout out from the window for help, and a guest came out from downstairs. We throw the key to her and she opened the door from outside. It was the luck, and we could release ourselves and my friend could get the train to the airport. It was a very bad stocking experience. The owner called me back around 11am even we called him at least 20 times in the morning.Changed the lock in the afternoon. So when we got back in the evening we could not open the door from outside. We had to call him again, when he let us know about the change and the key. Happily recognised he changed the lock for a normal one, I mean we could have open the door with key from inside as well.

Nice large apt, close to metro station, and quiet building. Staff was helpful when I stopped at the office to pick up the codes.

I moved the table closer to middle of the room to work, but the table top was wobbly, making a bit challenging. Tried to contact staff through WhatsApp, but no response. Wasn't a huge deal. toilet seat was also very loose so I was careful when sitting down. Also, picture does not match my apt. My mistake for not seeing there was not an elevator-it's 61 steps to the top with your bags and daily treks. Could have used more helpful info in description-what train or bus station was closest, also more detailed instructions on how to arrive at building. I missed a step and ended up walking much longer with my bags.

Very close to Bolhao. Located in a place easy to park the car to get the luggage up (but then you have to go park somewhere else, like the Silo Alto Parking, €35 for 48 hours). Our apartment was nice, very high ceiling. I wish they have left a bottle of water and 2 or 4 coffee capsules. That would be nice.

Amazing position, very close to city centre and anything you might need. Everything freshly renewed, more comfortable than your house.

the property was clean.

the property has NOT 65m2, it‘s only about 35m2-40m2! which was very disappointing. there was no air conditioning just a ventilator and therefore it was quite hot in the apartment.

Arrival was confirmed, but nobody showed up.

Staff responds only hours later by mail.

the terrace isnt really one to spend time on as its just a functional area where the airco is and not clean or looked after as a terrace. The shower had little water so maybe needs descaling. and a couple of bed side tables would make it more comfortable.

the shades didn’t work and light came into our room, making us wake up at 7am…. also, it was on the 3rd floor and nobody warned us!!!

- excellent location - sunny and clean apartment - comfortable bed - good communication with staff who wanted to take care of bugs and repairs

- uncomfortable sofa - leaking shower base - loose taps, not properly fastened items. - unable to close bathroom door due to damaged frame - if you get noisy neighbors you will hear every word

The interior design was great. And the locations is fantastic, very easy to go everywhere in Porto by foot. it’s also very close to the Trindade station, which easy to airport and other main train station.

Easy to find, to access, the position is great, the beds were confortable and the apt is clean a well renovated. We checked in and checked out without meeting the host, everything was well managed via whatsapp.

I would add a small light in the living room for the guests that sleep on the couch, the strong main light is a bit uncomfortable

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. A few minutes walk into central Porto but in a quiet area off main roads. Immaculate apartment and the bonus of a sunny balcony.

The wifi wasn't great. We tried 3 devices and occasionally it would let you view a webpage but you would get nowhere if trying to stream something. Fortunately there was good 5G coverage.

The apartment was a good size for 2 people and the bed was comfortable.

It wasn’t quite as nice (bright or clean) as in the photos, the shower needed maintenance which was promised but never came, the air conditioner in the bedroom was noisy, the location was further away than expected, and the “free bikes” are nonexistent.
