El personal que lo regenta es un matrimonio excepcional. Unas personas maravillosas.

Nada, todo fue impecable

Really loved the set up of this hotel: the bar with honesty box, relaxed breakfast, beautiful property and pool, location. All just idyllic.

Really big room but shower a little small. Other than that, no complaints at all

Self checkin: we had serious problems to open the door at late night, it doesn't work well. After 1 hour we manage to open it, after many many times we tried to do that! Nobody responded at my call. Room number 1 is by the street, with windows so thin: the first car in the morning woke up at 7!

Emplacement, parking à côté avec de la place, personnel au top, petit déjeuner correct, des explications claires pour rentrer, et des suggestions pour les resto Piscine quand il fait chaud (malheureusement pas notre cas)

Manque un peu d'insonorisation surtout au niveau des portes (en bois et d'époque)

Wonderful old house, lots of soul to it. Great location, cozy Mountain village and park outside. Friendly staff.

Beds are a bit hard, but not worse then General so typical spanish hardness. Small fridge in room would be good. Most importantly, there is a small topwindow above door - here it would be good with blinds to keep light feom hallway shining in.

Excellent location near Teide park. Accommodation was comfortable and quiet during the night. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Great breakfast.

Hot water didn’t work when trying to shower at night, but worked very well in the morning.

La ubicación es excepcional. Muy limpio todo. Incluye desayuno. Opcion de piscina. El café estaba bastante bueno.

Francamente, es muy caro para lo que ofrece. Empezando, no había nadie en la recepción (y eso que eran las 17h). Las indicaciones se dieron por whatsapp. No hubierse sido un problema si al llegar te dan toda la información de las instalaciones que tiene (y no un buen rato después de haber llegado al alojamiento). Por ejemplo, había un saloncito con microondas y, de haberlo sabido con tiempo, hubiéramos comprado algo de cena para calentar. Los restaurantes en Vilaflor cierran temprano. La cerradura de la puerta de la habitación era dificil para cerrarla correctamente. Una de las lámparas de mesa no encendía. El colchon estaba vencido hacia un lado, o esa es la impresión que tuvimos, ya que a mitad de noche acabamos los dos en el centro de la cama. La cortina de baño era muy cortita, de modo que casi que habia qué hacer malabares para que el agua nonse saliese. En resumen, 99€ la noche me parece excesivo para lo que ofrece. Es verdad que hay poco alojamiento en Vilaflor, pero para pedir esta cantidad deberían mejorar algunos aspectos.
