very bad rooms

There is no maintenance, bathrooms are thoroughly leaking, room walls wet with fungus every where. Kindly donot enroll hotel hotels without periodic inspection.

First of all, the property is far away from tar road. The guest has to walk about 11 minutes on dust/muddy road. When I reached there the lady, the owner of the building received full rent in advance and did not issue proper receipt and she said that OYO will issue the receipt and not she. After giving instructions to her servant to show my room she left. First, he issued a room in which the geyser pipe was leaking and falling water on the head of the person who enter into the bathroom. Subsequently he issued another room after waiting about 0ne hour in which there were no water at all in the bath room I was very much fed up and the lady who is responsible, was not available at all. At last, I had no other option but to take the first room as there were no rooms available at that time. Wi-Fi and drinking water were also not available there and I had to walk 10/11 minutes for every purchase and that took over the bad road. When I was vacating the room after my terrible stay I requested her for an Auto to drop me at Railway station and she demanded Rs.350/- . I smell something wrong with the fare and approached one of the Auto drivers at that place and he demanded only Rs.100/- (Rs.250/- was her commission) I never suggest anyone to this hotel at all. You should also not recommend guest to this this hotel.

Owners are nice, matured and well behaving. Very close to the Sarayu river and other sacred places I wanted to visit. Beds and room are clean.

They dont have restaurant. Neither Swiggy not Zomato (aggregators of restaurants) served that area. Difficult to get the food arranged. Room was not well ventilated; lot of seepage marks and stinking smell were present. Bathroom was congested and geyser was leaking; water logging to some extent. Air conditioner did not work, may be because it is winter, they did not maintain. Door mats are not good.

Very accommodative and friendly host. Helpful.

Linens and other facilities can be improved.

Hotels is located far from main city (Ayodhya is a small city) and within interiors bylanes. Consuruction work within hotel leading to lot of dirt. Fairly noisy. Breakfast not served.

My reservation had breakfast included but hotel did not provide as during booking transfer from Booking.com to OYO Hotels this information was not confirmed. I had to follow up with OYO but they could not arrange with the hotel. Very disappointing.
