room is very small, very poor and slow wifi, aircon is very difficult to operate, shampoo and bath gel dispenser are empty, they do not allow early check in even with empty rooms available instead they charge you every hour of your stay before 2pm

The property was very accessible. It was near the plaza, the mall, the bank and public transportation is well available anywhere. The staff are very friendly as well.

I've been into different RedDoorz property before and I must say this one is the most depressing so far. The room I booked was for a two bed room, but the one assigned to me looks like a room only fit for one bed. They just put two beds inside to accomodate guests requesting for two beds. My room also has an exposed plumbing, that everytime someone uses the washroom or whatever it is that is above my room, I can't help but to be awaken by it. What's worst is that they usually do it either early morning or late at night. The TV is also not working and there's no phone in the room that is why I need to go down in the reception area whenever I need something.

What I like is it's location near the market and just behind the Jaro Cathedral and plaza. You can easily buy necessities and food around the area.

What I don't like is the design in which the sewage pipe is just above you and can easily hear someone's using the bathroom upstairs.

i like that the property is close to a the mall and other establishments. you can even just walk if you’re not in hurry. the room was also clean.

it’s at the back of a church. i wasn’t informed that there’s an early mass (6am Sunday) on loudspeakers so that woke me up. luckily i fell back to sleep after 30mins and woke up really late but in time to for the malls to be open. i also didn’t like that there was no bidet or dipper to use (in the room i was in) when you need to wash yourself after #2. but overall i like the hotel. will definitely be back here again when i need to visit Iloilo City.
