The place was very nice, the location was excellent.

Lovely staff; quiet room; comfortable bed; good breakfast; clean nice sized room. I actually ended up extending my stay at the hotel as I liked it so much.

The swimming pool is in an awkward place right in front of the reception, so I did not use it. If you are choosing this hotel for the pool, then maybe a different one is better.

Great location, very friendly and professional staff. Room was very clean and equipped with all the necessities.

I recently stayed at Casa Esmeralda in Cali and I have to say that the location was amazing! It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and explore the city. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was great because I needed to get some work done. The breakfast was also really delicious and gave me a good start to my day. Overall, I had a great experience at Casa Esmeralda and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cali.

Sometimes, during daytime you can hear people talking across the hallway, this Is not a big issue as there are usually not too many people walking around making noise. The staff is respectful and they do their job without causing any disturbances. The space is very quiet at night, which is rare in cities like Cali.

staff were extremely friendly, 24hour reception and very helping and flexible, I booked for the wrong dates and they corrected it without any problems.

Every aspect of this hotel is first class. The check in staff is extremly helpful. Breakfast is excellent . Location was perfect for what we wanted to see and do . Our room was looked after every day by two lovely ladies who did a fantastic job. Overall this hotel and its service helped to make this a truly great trip. Confortable, clean and safe rooms, good location and friendly staff

Everytime you need to go im the hotel you need to ring the door bell and the day shift guy it seems like he is always sleeping and had to wait too long to get in

It's a beautiful place with the most comfortable bed I've been in a long time, everything is very well-kept. There is a mini bar in the room, so you can buy some stuff to keep and snack. The pool is very fresh, not too suitable for colder days, but definitely a nice place to get some rest. Nearby, like a block away, you can find the "ciclovía" and take a run, there's a mall close by. I really enjoyed my stay. The cleaning staff is very nice and attentive. There's a space in the kitchen with (instant) coffee, and tea, to drink anytime.

Sometimes they take longer to get the door than you'd expect for a hotel. But as of the rest it's a really nice place to stay and get away from work.

Excellent service in the excellent property. Casa Esmeralda has a unique architecture, new , clean and the friendlies service I hav eever met. The owner of the Hotel Sebastian speaks perfectly English and it a great asset for most not speaking Spanish visitors. he and his mother provide extremely hospitality so you have the feeling that you are visiting a close family relatives.The staff of the hotel is very accurate and friendly, I strongly suggest if you are visiting cali and you have to be in the south part of the city to visit the hotel.
