Friendly own, everything was clean and cozy. We felt comfortable, you can use the kitchen and drink coffee for free.

I like the place, the location and the staff too were very friendly.

The bed is super comfy, the neighbourhood is quiet, the host seemed nice enough.

Missing a bedside table, an a lamp wouldn't hurt.

Communication with the host was OK. Location is good, near to the metro and supermarket. Bedroom was clean and bed comfortable.

Kitchen could more clean, for the first look it was ok, but if you look deeper... there were dirty dishes, glasses, cutlery.. But there was option for guest can use disposable dishes.

Regardless of the cost, cleanness was the issue.

well situated for city links, without the cost of staying in central London. Check in/check out is very straightforward, With a lockbox. Nicolas was very hospitable, approachable with good communication. The room is a good size with a very comfortable bed and good Internet speed.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean - all though ideally the stained carpets could do with replacing.

We chose this accommodation because it was close to the tube, the supermarket was near and the room was just for us for a very good price in London. It says breakfast is included but you have to cook it and prepare it by yourself. You can use any facility in the house and if you have two healthy hands I think this is not a problem. We received towels, the bed was veery comfortable and the host Nicholas was nice guy - we met him only twice during our 5 nights stay. The bathroom was clean as well, the water was hot and we enjoyed it very well and the location is calm.

The carpets were bit dirty but it is because they use shoes in the house which we are not used to it and we were ok with it.

Nice place to stay. With the affordable price, the house is clean, nice, the room is comfortable, the owner is very nice and he provides us any staples food and dairy product in the kitchen so you can help your self to prepare your meals during stay.

The house was incredibly dirty and I am not exaggerating, is a real health and sanitation issue. You should contact the local health department or exclude him from booking. The house was also shared with the owner. We checked in late at night and had the surprise to find the owner inside the house dressed in his underwater. It was a nightmare to stay in there for one night but it was late in night and we had nowhere to go.

Great location with an easy access to the city centre, amazingly kind and helpful owner of the house and also quite and peaceful surroundings. There is also a shop 5 minutes from the place if you need anything. It was a pleasure to live there even if only for the weekend, we had a great time, if you want to go sightseeing it is easy to get to the City, but if tou want to stay inside you can also rest and watch Netflix. Owner provide you breakfast and water without any limit. Strongly recommend this place for everybody.

The owner is very respectful and helpful. 10 minutes walk to bus and underground stations. Facilities: Kitchen, washing machine, iron. Above all the previous, it is very cheap price

The price was good & the room was okay. The location was good with just 5 minute walk to bus stops & tube station.

It states breakfast included, but it’s on a cook your own basis with limited supplies. The kitchen was not clean with dirty pans left on the cooker & a USED face mask in the cutlery draw! I would stay here again.
