Fantastic location. Lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped. Bruna, the host, was great! Got back to us straight away.

We had to dig out our phone from the sofa in the living room - there were dirty socks in the sofa bed as well as a couple of toys. Luckily we didn’t need to sleep on it/ use it. The pool cues didn’t have tips so couldn’t play and one of the sliding doors in the property didn’t lock.

The pool and lanai were great and very well used. We really enjoyed it. Wished the spa was an actual hot tub but we paid extra for pool heat so it was an "ok" temperature. The house was very roomy and with so many of us there we were still able to get some quiet time! The shower pressure was perfect!

We are not complaining at all, these are just recommendations - definitely need more plastic ware for use outside and containers for storing leftovers and stuff. Repairs needed to the kitchen sink, the tap was loose and moved all over the place, in my experience as a property manager, that is a disaster waiting to happen!

The air went out 2 times, one time due to storms in the area, no fault of the owner. The other time I contacted her and she sent someone right over. Also, the area where the sliding door is located on the tubs, the cleaning crew need to make sure that it’s throughly clean, there was hair and stuff down in the tracks.

The coffee maker didn’t work.

The house was perfect size for our party. Outside of food we didn’t need anything extra. We had extra blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked all appliances were new. We enjoyed the outside patio and even though the pool was cold we enjoyed that too. The host is very responsive and checked on us throughout the stay. I would enjoy coming back when it’s warmer!

Everything was great! I would add a mop or swiffer for downstairs area.
