Food was above expectations and excellent mix of local and European food. All inclusive included local wines whi h were OK just... and si Basic cocktails. Swimming pool and areas were gorgeous. Fitness center well equipped with machines, weights and cardio machines. Staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Took care of maintenance issues better than even the best hotels.. The poolside room is worth the upgrade vs the garden. Excellent and practical.

Could use a slight renovation update in the rooms but was fine. Careful on purchasing excursions with providers - disappointed with the hotel partnered excursion activity firm that proposed a dune buggy excursion of much less time than promised and rhe buggies were in poor shape. One of them broke down and the owner did not really seem concerned. Not the hotel's fault though. Eating times and dining offering / facilities excellent- large selection of fresh grilled fish.

A wonderful stay at Sentindo. the bedrooms are comfortable and balconies and views are lovely. bedrooms are cleaned daily. they are very clean. food was amazing, freshly prepared, wide variety with plenty of choice for every nationality. the food is good quality and of a good standard. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, very friendly and helpful. there is plenty of entertainment, music and the all inclusive drinks are plentiful and decent quality. The facilities are really good. They had plenty of sun beds on the beach.

I didn’t like that guests would reserve the beds around the pool and in many cases didn’t always use them. found that frustrating.

Everything. The staff was super nice, they gave us a room with a view of the garden. The dinner was simply amazing i had a variety of food to eat from and I can eat as much as I wanted yet I ended up not trying all of them but just got full by watching all the tasty treats. The same applies to breakfast.

Rooms were clean and spacious and food was nice. Amazing swimming pool and beach.

I forgot a gold ring on the bed side table in my room and when I called the hotel they said that they didn’t find it. It was my mum’s engagement ring and I feel so upset because it had a very emotional value for me.

Restaurant staff are Rude 🤬 They need rehabilitation and they most learn that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights, and therefore any doctrine of racial superiority is scientifically wrong, morally condemned, socially unjust and dangerous, and unjustified, and even Libyan or EU citizens we're pay same amount we deserve equal service ..

The bed was not comfortable and the heaters took time to warm the room.

▪️I had special requirements that had been acknowledged by Mrs Amira, but upon arrival, none were available ! Mr. Mohamed, the chief of reception desk, you would better follow up with unhappy customers. ▪️The hotel is old and some renovations should be done to keep the good reputation of Sentido Group. ▪️The food was good,but the sweets are disappointing. ▪️The parking area is to be revised. 3 out of 10 days I had to park my car in the annexed parking witch was not configured and unsafe.

The hotel staff was very nicc exceptionally Mr. Mohamed who works in guest relation.

Sometimes the kitchen and bar are out of ice.
