I have to be honest being our first time in Barcelona, I searched for days on where to stay and also location. This is a 5 star hotel. From the excellent service to the size of the apartment everything was excellent. The location was amazing and also very safe. The bell gus were all super friendly and always lending a helping hand. Alejandro was one of the door guys and he was super nice and very attentive people like him go above and beyond their job. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back to visit. Not one bad thing to say about our stay.

Nice, clean and comfortable for family. All the staffs are so friendly yet professional. The apartment was great, many nice cafe and restaurant nearby and easy to walk to Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. Our room have Sagrada familia views

Never take the roomservice, it's very expensive, €15 for 2 cups of coffee that had surely been sitting there for at least 4 hours and the egg Benedict wasn't really that great either.

Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Having a terrace was nice to be able to sit outside. Our apartment was quiet and a nice escape from the busy pace of Barcelona. The staff at Hotel Casa Fuster (who manage the apartments) were very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was great and we found nice cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

I called to request a iron because the one in the room was broken, I never got it. The front desk did not make send anyone to replace it. I was disappointed considering the price I paid per night.

The apartments are in a terrible state of maintenance Horrible smell, dirt, repeated blockages in the sinks and even the phones are not working properly so you can not contact the reception and the furniture is tired and ugly. Apparently the hotel underwent criminal neglect during the corona and it hurts me for the dedicated staff who have been working here for years and made the hotel a home away from home. When I arrived they did not even bother to turn on the air conditioner in the apartment which was closed for months and you can describe the heat and the stench when it is 34 degrees outside. In conclusion, without a change of management and thorough renovation, the hotel's score is expected to continue to fall. It's not allowed to come here right now. The situation is bad. It is important to say. I capitalized to stay another night to give a chance but since then the situation has only gotten worse
