It was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the more quiet location, with the beachfront and the pool with an amazing view! There’s also many restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Microtel also offers a shuttle to the white beach near dmall. We loved the restaurant at the property “mama’s fish house”. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed delicious food with an amazing view. L

We love the location- has its own beachfront, away from the busy areas although it’s a short walk going there. Has its own swimming pool and restaurant. Value for money. Hotel shuttle going to the main centre area then back to the hotel.

There’s nothing that I don’t like. Although, I think they can improve more on the strength of their wifi.

We stayed in Microtel Boracay during the Holy Week of 2024, but left on Maundy Thursday. We have been to Boracay before this as a family but this was our favourite trip. We loved Diniwid Beach. It had so much character with marine life, beautiful sunsets, trees and cliff views. It was not very crowded and the walk to Station 1 is so scenic and relaxing. The walk is best done early in the morning. Our sons enjoyed the snorkelling and the abundance of sea life. We also enjoyed ALL the meals we had at Mama's Fish House, truly remarkable. Get the fish dishes! We also appreciated the common rooms with magazines, books and games. We got the room with a view to the beach, so perfect. Finally, the arrangement for free shuttles to D'Mall is very convenient. The staff are so friendly. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Staff were excellent, approachable and kind.

The view of our room outside looks unpleasant to see. Rubbish everywhere. We just close the curtain all the time in order not to see the view outside.

I like that the hotel is in front of the beach. It allowed us to rest in our room and have fun at the beach. They also have a swimming pool. It is not big but the size is enough for me and my friends to chill. It is just in front of the beach so we can either use the pool or dive into the sea. The water of the pool is warmer too compared to the sea so you have an option. The room has cold and hot water for the bath. If you love a warm bath, this is a great place. The staff are all so helpful and always on their feet. So, whatever you would need, they would be able to advise how they can help. We checked in with a very warm welcome from them. They give complimentary drinks and sea shells necklace. It was my birthday when we stayed. They helped my friends and fiancé arrange a surprise for me. The hotel has a shuttle service that are scheduled to leave the resort every hour. They also schedule a pick up from the center of Boracay. So, it is convenient and also allow you to explore the island that will cost you less.

The lights in the rooms are all yellow. I don't like it but the room is facing outside and can be well let with the light from the sun. The restaurant is pricey for a Filipino traveller. I don't like that but if you have the money, it is okay. Their food is great though so the traveller can choose to eat there still.

A little too far to the main beaches although it has a smaller private beach strip. Internet and signal kinda intermittent.

Le restaurant est vraiment pas bon, plusieurs essais et même constat, allez plutôt au Dinibeach directement par la plage sur la gauche.

the hotel was really far away from the center and the beach in front of the hotel was not practicable because it was full of rocks and seaweed. breakfast could have been much better and I didn’t find the staff particularly nice.

Room was spacious, we were a family of 4, staff is very nice and helps with anything needed. Restaurant is good. I liked very much that the water can be refilled or service water asked for our meals. I recomend the restaurant. The beach in front is a bit rocky but in 10 minutes walk you can be in the fabulous white beach.

Breakfast offer is good, you choose from a menu they adapt a few things, however there is no refill of coffee or any other drinks, this will be charged to your room. Swiming pool is small but nice it could have a few more chairs.

The staff was the best part of our stay in Microtel. I was really impressed with the service from the staff. Everyone greets you with a warm smile and a joyous sounding greeting. But what impressed my family the most is Jasmin. She not only made our room neat and clean but she even folded my daughter's old "baby" and blanket neatly on the bed with her stuffed toy. We've never seen that happen in all of our travels.

The facility is old but it was well-maintained. The second has "more" stairs after you get to the second floor. The AC we had in our room took a long time to cool down.

Very good shower. More quiet beach is close. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and really friendly housekeeping!

Beach in front of the hotel is very rocky (pictures don’t match reality), but walk 1 minute and there’s a beautiful beach (still very nice!). Even though the beach is nice, the location is not that good. Hotel offers a shuttle 7 times a day and you have to book it in advance. Unfortunately renting a scooter or bike is very very expensive on Boracay (2500 pesos a day) and a e-trike to the center is 200 pesos one way. This gave us the feeling of being a bit stuck. Also, the WiFi is really bad. They had to “fix something in my phone” (I still don’t know what) to get the WiFi going. I’m not on holiday for WiFi so we didn’t bother that much, but the fact they took my phone to the back office where they “fixed” the bad WiFi (note: wifi was still very slow) didn’t give us a good feeling (they didn’t explain what they would do to the phone). Later on we found out that they erased all my tabs on Safari and the WiFi was still horrible. Another person from the staff later that evening did help with the phone and explained everything (newer iPhones problem according to the staff). We ended up having mixed feelings about this hotel.

The location is great if you don't mind a good walk.

The restaurant service was awful. They did not have enough space to accommodate guests if the weather was poor.

Absolutely worth it! Will come back again in the future! Totally recommended if you would like to enjoy some restful days in Boracay but at a short distance from everything! Beach is great and private.

Very relaxing place. Perfect for small family wanting some peace and relaxation. Very private indeed. Friendly staff and superb service. Kudos to. Mama's Fish House too for the amazing delicious food.

Despite of the fact that the property is quite away from The busy station 2 it has its own beauty. It is very peaceful and calming in microtel. Their beachfront is good enough and not crowded.Me and my family enjoyed the beach all by ourselves in the morning. If its your thing choose this property.

Very far from the main road

All the staff at the resraurant are lazy and boorish. Included breakfast doesn't include toasts. Ok, no problem, I ordered additionally. But got it after the 15 minutes I finished all the breakfast. They told me the bake toasts from 7-11 at the oven. So fun
