Room was very clean and appeared to be the same as advertised.

I would like to see air conditionar in the rooms instead of a fan.

Polite staff (for the check-in)

The walls are made of paper. In the middle of the night there were people yelling in the hall, and two other rooms for more than 3 hours straight. There was nobody from the hotel to deal with the situation. We booked the room just to sleep for one night, and well...we didn't get any sleep because the hotel doesn't care about quiet hours or basic house rules. It would be better to go and sleep under a bridge or at the train station. Worst hotel experience in my life. Wouldn't go anywhere near this hotel ever again.

It is a really good place for a short stay. The room was clean and decent. The breakfast was average, including the usual things: eggs, meat, bread, vegetables, musli etc. There was parking space available just across the street, and it was free. The facility is right by the main road leading into the city center or towards Brno.

Younger girl working on reception was polite.

It was not very clean, bed was not comfortable (very thin mattress and thin pillow). It would be nice if staff is a bit more organized. I had a feeling that lady is in constant rush to do things, but everything took ages to be done. Smile and positive attitude woul be nice to see.

Room was freezing because room heating was not working. When I confronted with room heating, hotel manager told that they will give full money return so that I can book room in another hotel that also in late evening. After this argument, they also propose to refund me half of my booking amount but it is not my principle to take.

Photos and reality is two different things at this place. Beds very uncofortable, room smells like pool bleach, dirty and old... Hotel should renovate and change the pictures... Because 52 euros for one night is ridiculous to be honest. Far from the city center. Nnothing around. Old furniture. Not happy about that night...

- noisy room right by the main road - you hear everything happening in the hotel - definitely not soundproof rooms - our balcony shared with the whole floor - all cigarette smoke coming to our room - poor breakfast, always something missing - bread, cheese, vegetables... - uncomfy beds - old rooms We dont know how this hotel could have been rated 8+. Not a cosy stay at all, not worth money, definitely not going there again.

the breakfast was nice (block table), the personal is speaking english and it is responsive. You can pay with card.

there were no guy at the reception after 22.00 (they give you card to open the front door if you return after 22.00, but if you arrive after 22.00 this will be a problem)

The water was pouring from the ventilation in bathroom.Bad smell was coming from the restroom.Heating was problem.Room was cold.The beds and blankets was really bad.Also near of my room there was workers and when i sleep i could hear all the voices.Walls are so thin.

the only positive aspect is the location. You can leave the car in the free parking and use the trolleybus 42 to get in the city center (3 stations)

I was there at the end of December 2022. During checkin (2 p.m.) the room was pretty warm and ok. But the heating stopped working at 6 p. m. In the morning there was still no heating. The building is not thermically isolated, so that the only source of heat was a cheap and very noisy electric fan. Nobody could sleep properly because of the noise. Beds and pillows were awfull too. JUST STAY AWAY!!!!
