Très bon hôtel et personnel sympathique

La salle de bain est très petite

Les 3 seuls points positifs de cet hôtel sont : l’emplacement à pied de la mer, la literie de bonne qualité et le restaurant avec serveurs aimables.

Très forte odeur de javel en arrivant dans la chambre qui cachait en fait une odeur horrible de salpêtre présent sur les murs et taches d’humidité un peu partout. L’odeur est très inconfortable. Dans la salle de bain, pas de robinet thermostatique dans la douche, l’eau est extrêmement chaude par vague, au risque de se brûler surtout si avec enfants ( chambre triple dans notre cas pour cela) Pas de paroi de douche , mais un rideau qui n’est même pas un rideau de douche. L’insonorisation des chambres au dessus est inexistante. Pas de climatisation mais un vieux ventilateurs rouillé. Pour le prix payé , je ne recommande pas cet hôtel du tout, sauf pour l’emplacement.

Location between Atlantic and Archachon Bassin was lovely. Staff reasonably friendly, breakfast was good.

The room was tiny and hot hot hot we contemplated leaving the door on to the balcony open but other people were walking past, the window catch was broken and it wouldn't stay open. The evening menu and cooking was poor and basic, my burger was cold and undercooked and my husband felt the oysters were not the freshest. The person who checked us out didn't ask how everything had been for us.

location was fabulous especially if you are a surfer, relaxed atmosphere

The breakfast was late most days , no plates available and the staff didn’t know where they were - felt like it was just friends of the owners who had turned up to do them a favour !!! We did nt really know who worked there or who were friends of the staff - felt unorganised most of the time . The younger members of staff who worked in the evenings seemed to have a better understanding of what was happening. The food was overpriced and not particularly good- much nicer places to eat - has more of a hostel feel than hotel .The bathrooms are tiny and if you are tall or a larger size person you would nt fit in the shower !!! They are the size of a caravan bathroom.

Great location, very cozy. Great staff.

It is expensive for the facilities that are provided.
