The host and owner Kristian gave us a very warm welcome and was attentive throughout our whole stay. The room was very nice and spacious. The whole staff was just great! Breakfast was excellent and dinner was just outstanding. The chef Lorena is doing a wonderful job.

The pillows are a bit too hard and bulky.

The welcome from the owners was lovely with a welcome drink and a homemade snack which was delicious. The staff were always super attentive and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one night where they do a taster menu and it was excellent. They also have some excellent Croatian wine which we enjoyed with our meal. The pool is pleasant and it is in a very quiet area, some of the guests were around in the day and most were sat around the pool having charcuterie and Aperol Spritzes. It was a short walk in to town, maybe about 15-20 mins, but also well positioned for the other direction for a 5-10 min walk to a beach area.

Overall service was exceptional and friendly.

The owner and the entire staff were incredibly friendly. It was my mom’s birthday and they gifted her a bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner and their own olive oil. The property is beautiful and extremely clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, we were given complimentary welcome drinks. There’s enough parking right at the door and the rooms are simply decorated, but really large and with plenty of amenities (coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, fridge, TV, wifi, beautiful and large bathrooms and the most comfortable sofas ever). Breakfast was amazing with a cold buffet plus freshly squeezed orange juice, made-to-order eggs and barista made coffee). The hotel now also offers a fine dining exquisite 4-course dinner.

There’s barely anything. If you have mobility issues, do note that there is no elevator (which was not an issue for us) and that it’s about a 20-minute leisurely walk from the old town (we, however, liked the peaceful setting in a very nice residential area).

The hotel is absolutely lovely, we were greeted by the owner Cristian himself, he was very welcoming and warmhearted. The rooms are simple but very cozy, very nice breakfast with fresh orange juice feels like you are staying at your friends countryhouse.

Nice and quiet location- close proximity to beach , short walk into town, good restaurants nearby Check -in was seamless,Covid measures adhered too by staff- everything was clean. Room service offered daily. Breakfast was lovely everyday and staff A+ It feels like a home from home

Very nice place. Very clean. Delicious homemade freshly baked bread and cake. Breakfast is elegantly served. Nice and helpful owner and staff. Clean swimming pool and the possibility of sunbathing and resting on comfortable sun loungers next to the pool. A great place to rest and relax.

The only drawback is the distance from the center, which requires access by car or taxi. There are bicycles on offer, but not everyone is physically fit enough to use the bike especially in hot heat

Small, comfortable, quiet, and peaceful hotel on the outskirts of Rovinj. A convenient location to walk into town and then come back to lovely pool and grounds. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. We got a hearty welcome: First Americans we’ve seen in 18 months!

The internet was very very slow, didn’t hardly work in our room. I had to go into the hallway to be able to use the internet.

Our top experience here already started with the contact before we arrived. I mailed Nela, the owner, we I needed a taxi or if we could walk from the harbour to her apartment. "No need for a taxi, I will pick you up". And she was perfect on time. When we entered the appartment we stayed on the balcony for at least 5 minutes to admire the view. And rech morning when we woke up this view kept suprising us. It is like watching a painting (and we have stayed in beautifull hoteles/apartments). The appartment is brand new and luxurious. Perfectly equiped kitchen, very comfortable beds and spacious (we had the bigger apartment). The hospitality of Nela and her husband is great. On our first evening she cam to appoligize because the cleaning lady told her she wasn't sure if she cleaned the second sink in the bathroom (which wasn't the case; the whole apartment was spotless). You have to walk a few steps to the beach where the famous Hula Hula bar is located on the right hand side. To the left there is a smaller, less posh, beachclub. Further you will find here a guy who rents boats (tip from Nela). Rent it here,; he's is extremely friendly and the costs are much lower (30%) then in the centre. The walk to the centre is roughly 15 minutes. The is a supemarket and good restaurant in 2 minutes walking distance. When we go to Hvar again this will definitely be uot place to stay. A ittle bit more expensive then other apartments but fully worth the money. We weren't allowed to order a taxi: Nela brought us back to the harbour when we left.

The friendliness and welcome of the team together with the location, swimming pool and great breakfast made this place great!

Very friendly host and staff, delicious breakfast with fresh eggs and a lot of choices, beautiful pool surrounded with pretty sunbeds and olivetrees. On top of this, we got a free upgrade to a studio, with a stunning view. I highly recommend this place when you visit Rovinj for a few days.
