The room was comfortable and very clean and the location was excellent.

The WiFi was terrible it kept going offline all the time you couldn't watch a half hour video on YouTube without it going offline. The shower was between cold and lukewarm I reported it several times but no Change I was shivering when I got out of the shower even though it was scorching outside.

Nice hotel, good value for money, nice staff, good English at front desk.....

I can't say anything negative as such........ good restaurant right next door , Cheap Charlys.......

Location brilliant for nightlife food ect. Staff good all round nice pool area and jacuzzi.

Hotel very dated and dull. Work going on at hotel outside rooms but good to see things getting done.

Staff people yelling in the hallways at anytime. People dragging their chairs on tile floor at anytime day or night. Would need to install Padding on chairs legs. And probably tables too. Slamming of doors .!! Day or night 🌙 Why not post a flyer in each room asking people to respect other's privacy . Loud people coming home late at night early morning... My AC was not blowing air . I opened the cover and removed the dirty filters and spray cleaned them in the shower. Bed . The bed sheets should come first. One to cover the mattress, THEN the second one , then the thick comforter comes on top. It gives you the option to remove it if like in my case I don't need it .after all this is Thailand with 30 c + hot outside. Who needs to sleep with so much on its back ??? Just a few details that can make your stay even better ..🙂🙂🙂

Every time I come to Pattaya I always go to Sutus Court zone 2. They got everything I want. The best price for what you got. Wonderful staff and ideal location.

They should make a "breakfast included" formula. They also should propose rooms with twin beds.

The location is excellent for Soi Bukhaoew. There's always parking spaces and a pool to use. I made a booking for two rooms and then later for an extra room. The hotel contacted me to make sure I hadnt made a mistake.

The staff were friendly and helpful ..the pool and spa were good ...

You get what you pay for there was not anything I didn't like ... I think if you are looking for a 5 4 3 star hotel go and find one ...sutus court is cheap and I don't have a complaint
