- rooms are big and villa architectural design is great, it's a pitty nobody renovates it - price is unbeatable, so if you are on a budget you cannot find something cheaper - close to jimbaran beach

- the room and the outside require massive renovations - the sheets are dirty and smelly and probably they had bed bugs - the bed mattress is unconfortable - there is an old smell in all the rooms - pool is dirty and unusable - no view from the room

We have stayed here on many occasions in the past 12 months it is convinient to every thing we need in the area and great value for money, we have sent many friends to stay here and all agree it is good you have freedom to use the kitchen . We will be back soon.

The place is fine for the money value

The hotel was very cozy and quiet. Nice staff and if you don't need luxury you ll be fine here. It was clean and I had a huge appartment next to a pool for a very cheap price, also next to the sea, what more do you want.Will definitely come back

OK it's a little bit older but you get a big appartment, a small garden and a pool for a very cheap price so if you expect luxury, maybe go somewhere else. I really enjoyed my stay and prolonged for 2 days. It's cozy, friendly staff and very close to the beach. Can't complain and will come back. They also have a very friendly dog and some cats living there

We have stayed here at least 6 times in the past six month, we find it freindly and convenient to everything we need in the area

Nothing at all

The worst place I’ve ever been in my life. Creepy dirty place. The only good point is the location. The staff is friendly but useless. Avoid this place at all cost! And don’t trust the pictures! It’s below zero stars...
