For me no complaints with service & all that they offered other than my duvet was of summer tog & i could not find a blanket.

Very powerful shower and very modern. Comfortable bed and very quiet room. Off street parking was a bonus. Food was phenomenal!

Dinner was great, lots of choice and great service. Breakfast was yummy and served by really lovely ladies that were very friendly and added to the pleasure of dining.

The bed was comfortable but felt like a small double.

nice quirky place to stay. good off-road parking. room quite large, bed soft and comfortable, nice patio area outside. evening meal exceptional from an extensive and interesting menu, wine list good. front-of-house team extremely good excellent customer service.

very tiny, thin bathroom! access to the downstairs rooms is from outside the main building. breakfast - very poor choices, but this is entirely due to lack of available staff for morning kitchen / cleaning duties. the 2 members of staff there did their best.

The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, and well presented. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable and very good bedding.The bathroom was also exceptionally clean and modern. We had a small dog with us and the staff treat her like one of the family! Definitely a place we will return again and again.

The area of the bar which was dog friendly and where we could eat was a tad small ,but if you reserve a table in advance it was fine.

The Breakfast and dinner was very good. Bar was very good and the Music in the back ground was great

Everything was excellent except what I did not like :)

We paid for a better room hoping that the comments about being able to hear people in the next room would not be valid but the man (or woman) next door was taking it in shifts to either snore or to cough all the way through the night, had very little sleep. Sad we had to down rate this Hotel as everything else was above par.

Food was great; good selection. Bar had a nice range of beers. Breakfast, continental style, was good. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Seal on bottom of shower door was broken and had some black mould. Would have appreciated a kettle in room in addiotion to a coffee maker.

Dinner was excellent. Room ok. Clean but no way to open a window. Bathroom very small!
