the view is amazing, you can see the glacier. we property is in the middle of a field where we could even see dears; they have a playground for kids with activities for different ages. breakfast selection with local ingredients. the host prepared stubai cards which offer access to some local facilities. we were in transit and didn’t use it but it’s good to know.

in the parking area and also the balcony there was an intense smell comming from the animal stables; rooms were quite outdated (nevertheless similar to the pictures) and the towels were old and in bad shape; breakfast selection was poor with few choices to make (ex: 6 small pieces of pate), no omlette or a warm alternative). if you have medium standards is ok.

Beautiful location! Due to the surprise of being a given a card to do various local activities, we spent more time in the mountains than planned. Also with this card, we took the bus into Innsbruck and did not have to worry about parking! The breakfasts were excellent. Gabi always took the time to answer our questions even though she had many other guests.

Do not be put off as to where your Sat nav is directing you. We were being directing up a mountain side, but this is not true. Google Maps needs a relocation.

Very tasty breakfast, superb wellness.

We expected much bigger room according to the photos from the Booking, but in the end it was quite enough.
