La mida dels llits, el bany i la dutxa, la ubicació, l'aparcament exterior gratuït dins el recinte de l'Hotel amb possibilitat d'aparcament privat, amb pagament addicional. Esmorzar Variat, de qualitat i atenent a les peticions especials per cada client. Tenen begudes no làctiques.

No hi ha aire condicionat. Per la temperatura exterior no és necessari però potser l’hauríem posat. Amb les finestres obertes hi ha soroll exterior de la carretera que passa per davant, encara que no es molt transitada i perfectament soportable.

The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and happy to engage and provide extensive suggestions on where to go for dinner and what to do around. The hotel is perfectly at walking distance from the center. The room was very spacious and I was pleased to find it offered a fridge. There were plenty of parking places around the hotel, making it convenient for visitors arriving by car

The room temperature was a bit too high and as it has no air conditioning, the only way to bring down the temperature was to leave the window open, which meant I had to accept the street noise - noticeable but not too much. The part that was really not nice was the bed mattress that was too soft and already a bit out of shape with the center deeper than the edges. The bathroom was a bit outdated and the cleanliness was no more than passable.

Great location… midway between the Basilica and the town. The rooms are spacious and clean, had a gorgeous mountain view.

Merely an observation that the hotel seemed understaffed at times with one person trying to do everything

Simple, clean, quiet place. Perfect to get to to the Santuary and also discover Azpeitia.

It is really nice hotel. All is very good and staff is really kindly and helpful. Even we want to hiking to Sant Ignacio hill which is 2-3 hours walking from hotel. Owners help us to find correct mountain patch to go there. There is restaurant on the place, also during lunch time there is daily menu. Perfect food and perfect staff:) Thank you very much for kindly hospitality
