Booked the private room for 4 , came with tv , large balcony with chairs, nice warm shower with towels provided.

Nothing to mark down on other than loud insect noises which are gone by 7pm

Nothing - stayed 1 night before khao sok tour and was all good!

De accomodatie was op een goede locatie, personeel heeft ons heel goed geholpen met de floating bungalows regelen en zelfs geregeld dat we last minute een privé kamer konden krijgen. Ook vervoer naar de volgende bestemming geregeld.

Not a bad stay in Khao Sok!

A few issues arose during our stay - #1 the TV didn’t work - which is fine but a bit annoying and no effort to fix was made, #2 we messaged and asked for a double room a week in advance and upon arrival were given two single beds - again, not too annoying! #3 the pool table is directly above the private rooms below so it’s very loud when people are playing pool, #4 the staff didn’t allow us to leave our luggage overnight for our Khao sok national park tour because we booked with a company that they weren’t affiliated with! #5 the rooms downstairs were very smelly, there was an air freshener/deodoriser in there that smelt like a men’s urinal - we removed it from the room as the smell was quite astringent, and slowly realised why as the mouldy smell took back over the room!!

Good stay, really helpful with booking trip into national park and organising bus to Koh lanta. Very friendly and good price breakfast.

Does have a pool table but it’s a shame you have to pay for every game. Would be nice to be included.

The property was nice itself. Had breakfast option and free coffee.

The staff was pretty good until we booked the bus with the hostel and in the middle of the trip they asked for more money. When I called the hostel they started yelling at me and said to go to police station. Moreover, we booked a tour with them and one of us got food poisoning. Overall, I do not recommend booking anything with the hostel.

The beds only had partial curtains and the bathroom was in the dorm bedroom

The place was very clean and modern and the beds were really comfy, had a really good nights sleep. The beds also has curtains which we always love. The bathroom was very modern and nice. The staff were really lovely znd helped us book our tour and onward travel.

There were no lockers which was unfortunate and quite a few mosquitos already in the room when we arrived.

Great location, staff were super friendly and helpful (booked our overnight lake trip with the Coral Cave and our departure transfer). You can refill your water bottle with cold water which is such a bonus and free tea/coffee making facilities. There are curtains on the dorm beds for privacy and we also had a balcony in our dorm which was nice. They also have a fridge upstairs which you could keep stuff in if you wanted.

Could have been cleaner, quite a few bugs in the entire hostel, mainly in the reception area and bathrooms. The wifi didn’t work most of the time. There are no lockers in the rooms, there are some small ones behind reception you can use but you can’t fit much more than a few personal items in them.

very clean comfy beds, good AC, nice facilities. let us leave our luggage while we did the 1 night trip to Khao sok, helped book onward travel, let us sit in the lobby all day waiting for the next bus. provided free fruit and water, couldn’t recommend them more felt very organised and easy also

The only downside was the tour guide named Jackie in kao sok trip . He was very rude.
