Location was perfect, and the view was spectacular. Home was clean but not completely ready at check-in. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay again, but we would bring more from our home.

Towels feel like sandpaper, skillets are warped and hard to cook with, cheap toilet paper and only 1 roll. Asked about a Broom and was told they didn't provide those, I feel like that is important on a beach! Also, no trashbags were provided!

Only suggestion I can make is add a blind to window in bedroom to reduce light at night.

It was exactly as pictured. There was lots of space and a balcony. The property was very clean, and the vibe was very family friendly.

The heat pump was too little for the space. It worked the entire stay, but the room stayed around 80 degrees. The beds were very hard, and the pillows were flat.

The location is great….did have kitchen appliances working stove…microwave etc.

Didn’t have the home feeling from the pictures they need to do an update on their photos the ceilings were dusty shower curtains tore up and moldy… Not only did the washer not work they never came to see about it we’re on the beach wet clothes and towels with nowhere to wash the INCONVENIENCE of this and the part that nobody came in the 3 days there! Had to go wash somewhere else on my VACATION. We had to get up to manually change the TV in the bedroom because the remote batteries was so corroded it wasn’t working…Its sad you pay all this money and it’s nothing you can do about it.They make this money they need to put some back in the units making it nicer.

Upon arrival, the front door was unlocked. I just opened the door, no code needed... The bathroom is sad experience..shower curtain is dirty, drain is not working.. sofa bed-please buy a new one

elevator broken; when the toilet flushed it makes a squeaky sound. hot tub was not regulated & fuse blew constantly.

Location was great. Facilities were good. The inoperative elevator is the reason for downgrade of the facilities

No operative elevator. The skillet I used to cook breakfast was a thin piece of metal. It should have been heavier to provide a more uniform distribution of heat.

the elevator not working and all the construction starting at 6:30am every morning in the room above us that lasted most of the day. we never got to sleep late.

we had a blast here! the location couldn’t be better! We would definitely stay again! it was I. our budget. loved being on tue 1st floor. it overlooked the pool and made beach access super easy!

Now I am going to nit pick. when we first arrived the condo smelled musty and mildewy. so we went and purchased wall plug ins and left the ceiling fans run and that seemed to help a lot. When you flush the toilet it makes a whining sound for about 60 seconds, super weird. There were no hangers nor a dresser for your clothes. So we went and bought some and just left them there for the next people. The hot tub was broken when we got there but the pool lady said the break flipped and she fixed it and said it would be fixed by the end of the day. It sure did…. then it was scalding hot you couldn’t even sit in it. The tub was clogging up and needed some draino. lastly the closets doors were off track so husband and I fixed them. it needs a little TLC due to normal wear and tear.

my parents stay at a unit in four winds every January, so it was close to them, and the unit was clean and right on the beach.

The toilet made a loud humming noise after every flush that could be heard in every room of the condo even with the bathroom door close, the WiFi username and password provided did not work, and several cracks in floor tile. The booking company called shortly after check in to see if we’re satisfied. i expressed the above problems, the said they would reach out to owner and have some one stop by about toilet. No one stopped by and No one called back. I won’t stay there again.

Access to the beach was so easy and there were several restaurants within walking distance. The place was cute too.

The pictures are way too edited. The place is more outdated than the pictures let it seem, but it was overall an awesome stay.
