Clean and spacious

Location wise was quite good, not too far from main area. There are plenty of eateries around and near convenience store. the place was spacious, clean and really comfortable.

The washing machine need to be replaced, this is simply the worst one out of all the places I stayed all over Japan. It can't dry the clothes. The entrance is too tight and you need to be real careful when driving in.

施設もとても綺麗で快適でした。レンタカーでお伺いしたのですが、車を停めるスペースも広かったです。すぐ近くにコンビニもあるので、便利でした。宿泊施設の近くから富士山が綺麗に見えて感動しました。

タオルの枚数をもう少し増やしていただけると助かります。特に食器用タオルや台拭きなどがあるとさらに快適に過ごせるかと思いました。

The property was located in a good spot, many restaurants and convenient store nearby but still far away enough where we got some silence. From the second floor bedroom there was a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji; it was absolutely stunning. The property was clean and quite large, we were a pretty big group (10 people) and we were able to sleep pretty comfortably. We were also able to move around the property comfortably.

Newly built with heated bathroom. Few double beds if you preferred larger beds. Can see Mt Fuji from second floor. Can park few cars at the door.

Please provide hand wash at the kitchen sink.

Really enjoyed our three nights at ID Stay II! Having three bedrooms was perfect for 2 adults + 2 kids and we had all the space and tools we needed to cook meals and enjoy a special family movie night. Location is very central but having a rented car made everything a lot easier. We had brunch at the owner's little café and we all enjoyed the food and the service. Also, seeing Mount Fuji from two of the bedrooms was a plus. Overall, a fantastic experience. Definitely recommended.

Small details only: The owners provide helpful instructions for all the controls in the house but despite these instructions it remains a challenge to understand the hot water and heat/AC controls for non-Japanese speakers who do not normally live in a typical Japanese home. (Might be good to turn on the water heater before people show up?) The communications from the owner were a bit stressful: we were warned a few times that we would have to pay if we broke something, that the police would be called if we made noise outside or with windows open, that we would be charged extra if we checked-out late, etc. I guess they had really bad experiences in the past, but it certainly doesn't feel very friendly. Don't let that stop you, though, the house is great!
