Staff was excellent and very helpful

a little bit expensive but good value though i think they could do a disc if someone is staying for a longer period

The location is very good with subway, various restaurants and department stores right next to the hotel. The staff, front desk, and cleaning lady are all very friendly. The free laundry service is very convenient.

Ambiance

The location is great. Almost all places can be accessed by walk. Also, the wifi was working great. I had several video meetings through the Internet platform, and there was no trouble or issue while connecting them using the wifi.

No huge issues during the stay. In the morning time, however, there is some noise from turning on the water of showroom in the other rooms, the level is acceptable though. The bathroom and the toilet in the room are not completely secured from the bedroom. (a curtain between the bedroom and shower area & glass door with no lock for the toilet)

Excellent location and breakfast. Clean room, Kind clerks, bathroom was fantastic and fancy. Big room and bathroom.
