Very poor spead.. Being a 4 star Hotel, we expect more choice on the food

Room was neat and tidy. Toilet was good

While booking, no where it was mentioned that this hotel is BAR attached. The Underground Parking space was stinky, and lots of drunkards were spotted. Not Family friendly. There was no Buffet breakfast due to less room occupancy.

Rooms are fine

Not a secure place for family. The attached bar is troublesome

Very bad experience. Liked · The location was very bad. The bar attached to hotel and all the people can enter any floor of room. No security and safety. The staff were rude. Initially they provided one room and rooms were not cleaned and asked to change room. They changed the room, but the condition was worst. The pillow and bedsheets were used by others. I asked them to change but they mentioned there is no stock, and also said me it happened because of weather change. But I have seen pillows and bed sheet never cleaned. Please don't believe the rating of hotel. You can believe only people who provided the rating 1. It is not 4 star hotel and I might say 2 star hotel. I couldn't seelp the hotel and no response from staff properly. I reached there by 9pm and vacated hotel 1 am because of the hotel condition. Even there is power cut regularly. Even if I lost my money, I cancelled the hotel and booked another hotel nearby.

Disliked · No proper response staff, no clean mess, no washing of bed sheet or pillow cover, bad smell and bathrooms also not washed.

Room was extremely good and perfect for this price. Quite big with all modern amenities.

Hotel was in the mode of cost cutting. Common area AC is mostly switched off with 40+ degree temperature inside Fan in the lift is also turned off giving a feel of 50 degree temperature Restaurant menu is limited

Food and Service was excellent.
