The staff was nice.

The hotel was a bit run down. The light in our room did not work. Breakfast starts at eight at the weekend which is not convenient when you take the ferry early in the morning. Quite far from the City Center.

the receptionist was professional and polite

i left after having seen the room and all the silverfish in the bathroom and other creatures under the bed. I told the guy at the reception and her returned my money and apologized

Good for what it is. Clean rooms, easy access, close to the ferry. Value wise the best alternative around.

The bathrooms especially are a bit dated. The beds are okay, but not the most comfortable. Everything is clean, but you can see the age. Staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful.

Reception staff was helpful and gave us another room when we asked. Beds and rooms are clean, albeit very dated.

The whole motel looks like it is in dire need for an overhaul. The building seems to be from the 70's, maybe 80's and some furniture looks like it has never been replaced. The breakfast is merely passable, lacking choice and quality. A bit more effort from the kitchen staff would have made a big difference. Ramps instead of stairs would be helpful with heavy luggage. Wondering who has designed the stairs on the side of the building, bottom 3 steps are missing and seem to have been missing since they were build.
